Deceived!

On 3/23/15 we purchased a brand new 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe from White's Cadillac. We found a problem with the paint popping off the hood within 10 days of purchase. We reported the problem to White's who disregarded it and also contacted GM Cadillac in the event the problem was caused by a defect in the factory paint.
On 8/25/15 we brought the car to Service Cadillac in Lafayette, LA to perform the scheduled maintenance which included tire rotation. To rotate the tires Service Cadillac had to call White's Cadillac to locate the wheel lock key because it wasn't in the normal location. When rotating the tires it was discovered that the 2 front tires were different, one being a 97H rated tire and the other being a 97V rated tire. Again we reported this discovery to GM Cadillac baffled by how this car could have come off the assembly line with 2 different front tires.
Then on 5/11/16 the paint and body manager at Service Cadillac took a close look at the car and informed us that his examination revealed that the car had been WRECKED and REPAINTED on the front and left side! He prepared and signed a LONG list of evidence and proof that was sent to a Senior Advisor at GM Cadillac AND to White's Cadillac. After investigating the situation, the GM Senior Advisor contacted us on 6/16/16 to inform us that the problems with our car were not GM Cadillac warranty issues and that we should contact White's Cadillac for a resolution.
On 6/17/16 we began calling White's Cadillac to take up the matter with the business owners. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. or Mrs. White on 6/21/16, 6/22/16, 7/5/16, 7/7/16, 7/8/16 and 7/15/16 we were only allowed to speak to someone named Barry. All of our attempts to rectify the situation have been met with blatant disregard. It has taken us over a year of continuous efforts before the hidden damage was finally discovered and we learned that what we thought was a premium quality NEW car was nothing but a repaired wreck!
