Absolute 10/10 experience with White Fox!I made a huge mistake and provided the wrong shipping address while in Australia, then left the country right after. I thought my order was completely lost, but Tereza and the support team went completely above and beyond.They stepped in immediately, contacted Australia Post on my behalf, and sorted out the entire mess. Now, I have full store credit!White Fox truly has the best of the best customer service. I am so incredibly grateful to Tereza and the team for saving the day!

First time ordering, stain on sleeve
So, my daughter bought a hoodie recently and it's super soft, though I am not fan of the oversized hoodies, but I ordered one online for the first time during their 40% off sale and bought the smallest size and though it arrived fast, but the sleeve has some kind of stain on it by the elbow, almost like when they packed it must have touched some packaging ink. Doesn't look like it's used though (maybe it is), but still disappointing that it's not a cheap item and should have been inspected before it was shipped out. The company also has a weird return policy with exchange only and restock fee. So, I feel like it would be a hassle to return/exchange it. Love the hoodie itself, but kinda sad that this is my first experience with them. Next time please inspect the items carefully, before you ship them out, especially the light color items.

The service received was better than I expected!!
The service received was better than I could imagine! When a package for my daughters 12th birthday was stolen out of our mailbox, Ann made this sad and frustrating moment completely better. You did not have to replace the package since it was not your company's fault, but you did any way! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. AVOID!!!!!! I will never be shopping here again.

After receiving my order, I tried it on for about 30 seconds before realising the colour wasn't for me so I ordered in a different colour.
I returned the item in the same condition this was delivered to me and they have emailed me saying they're rejecting my return due to blue marks? They've provided an image of the item which funnily enough, doesn't have any marks on it!
They're now refusing my refund despite this being returned in a sellable condition and when I've reached out to them they've not been able to provide any further images or videos of this fault...probably because there isn't one!
Just a warning to avoid this company at all costs.

White Fox delivery providers
White Fox needs to not only focus on product but also apply pressure to it's delivery suppliers ie Australia Post who make a practice of dumping White Fox parcels in unsecure locations and also lying about signed delivery acceptance of White Fox products.

I had to change my delivery address because my address defaulted to my old one when I tried ordering. When I noticed, I made sure to email support immediately to get it changed and luckily Anneliese helped me out and handled getting my address changed ASAP!
