Beware of this scammer
Beware of this scammer! Strongly do not recommend. Unfortunately, we took tech pack service and paid a big amount to this fraud and turned out, they deceived us and provided so-called tech pack files were of really lame quality with no proper details, both in depth and even basic details which are required for the factory to work with were lacking throughout! They also charge all the money upfront and once you would find out they are scamming you, upon asking they don't refund your hard earned money as well. Do not waste your money and time with this scammer. Won't even give one star. This kind of fake agencies and fraudulent must be shut down for good so they cannot deceive and scam other people and their hard earned money.

We attempted to reach out to ensure you were satisfied and open a constructive dialogue, but unfortunately, we were met with aggressive, rude, and derogatory language, which we do not tolerate under any circumstances.
We understand that creative work is subjective and are always happy to make revisions where appropriate - which is stated clearly in our terms and reinforced throughout our process. However, demanding a full refund after delivery, accompanied by abusive communication, is not acceptable and does not reflect how we work with clients.
