Lack of transparency in delivery time…

They say everywhere delivery in 24/48h but as soon as you buy you get a message asking to be patient but due to current situation (without specify which) delivery take 4 working days... Then they let you know they have the product ready but need to do quality check first... So lack of transparency in delivery time. They should rectify what they promise in the website and indicate real delivery time by product.

per ogni taglia prodotto disponibile all'acquisto, indichiamo se prevediamo l'evasione entro 24/48h o entro 4 giorni lavorativi. I tempi di evasione variano in base al fatto che il prodotto è nel magazzino centrale o presso il secondario.
La giacca da te acquistata è sempre stata dichiarata come "Prodotto disponibile. Spedito entro 4 giorni" ed infatti l'ordine che hai completato Giovedì, è stato spedito oggi (Martedì) con la seguente Lettera di Vettura: 286527I110373.

Non capiamo quindi la tua segnalazione e il tuo giudizio negativo...

Wheelup new helmet

After reading the negative reviews here I was slightly nervous to purchase, however after contacting Wheelup and receiving professional responses I tool the plunge. Helmet purchased was over £150 cheaper and it arrived exactly on the day specified. Tracking to UK was provided via UPS , packaging was good with correct size and ll accessories (pinlock, breath guard, helmet bag etc) . would definitively use again

Excellent transaction & customer sevice

It started with Google showing them as offering the best price by far for the product I was after. In fact the price was so much lower than anywhere else that it was slightly suspicious. So I made a bit of research to exclude they are a scam. That's how I bumped into quiet a few of bad reviews. So I contacted them and they came back to me in a very professionnel manner. I wrote them quiet a few times before ordering/paying and each time their reply was polite and accurate.
And then the parcel arrived on the announced day (from Italy to the UK via UPS) and the items were perfect. I can only recommand them, you should buy with confidence according to my experiences.

Shoei Helmet

Having read some of the other UK reviews i somewhat nervously purchased a new older stock Shoei helmet from Wheel up at an excellent price, that no-one in the UK could get anywhere near. With the added bonus it was a design that i really wanted but was no longer supplied new in the UK.
Result - a perfect brand new in box Shoei helmet with all the bits i expected (pinlock etc), well packaged inside a second box and delivered safely to me by UPS. Date on the helmet means means that i still qualify for the full 5 yr Shoei warranty (which i'm not expecting to have to use). OK, there is a risk if you need to return it but the saving meant i bought the helmet i wanted rather than a cheaper alternative. Wheelup do take a week or so to get everything sorted and sent out - but i wasn't in a dead rush and they kept me informed with i think 5 emails at various stages. So absolutely no complaints from me - excellent service and excellent value just don't expect next day.

Not happy

Purchased a Bluetooth pillion intercom from these guys. It came in a shoddy box that had been stuck back together and sealed with tape. Upon opening I discovered that I had been sold a used product with Velcro pads missing and everything just thrown back in the box. I assume that the last customer had tried the product and returned it, Wheelup then decided to sell it on as new. Unprofessional cowboys, and because they aren't based in the UK you have no after sale rights. Don't buy from them

Rev'it! Jacket purchase

I went with Wheelup to get the Rev'it Sand Jacket, which was about £100 more expensive in most other places. Ordering system was fine, though the site is a bit strange about whether your order shows up in your account. I registered at the checkout and it didn't seem to link the order to the new account, but there was enough feedback and emails to let me know when it was being sent.
It was dispatched a few days after the order was placed and arrived about a week later, but unfortunately it was a different colour to the jacket I ordered. I'd chosen the black version but had been sent the silver one, which for me wasn't going to stay that colour for very long as it was an adventure jacket. I sent them an email to request an exchange (including photos as requested and a screenshot of the one I was after) and got a reply back quite quickly from friendly staff. Filled out an online returns request, everything back in the box with tags on and sent back to Italy.
A note to those going for the bargains online - you will be liable for the postage if you need to return or exchange even if, as in this case, it's not your fault. Mine ended up being around £50 to send back as it was sent in quite a large box, so it's worth checking how much it would be to return and adding it onto the sale price should anything go wrong to see if it is a bargain.
I wasn't expecting much to happen as it had been sent close to the Christmas holidays, but I got an email a couple of days after my parcel had been delivered to their place to say that I had been refunded through PayPal. I checked to see if the jacket I wanted was out of stock as I'd asked for a replacement, but noticed on the page that the pictures were 'for reference only'. Unfortunately the picture of the jacket I wanted and ordered wasn't the one they were selling, so I'm a bit gutted over that as I feel it's misleading. Overall, great customer service and good delivery times, but I'd advise emailing and confirming what you think you're ordering is what you're actually going to get to save you being out of pocket at the end of it.
