I have used the Wheelspin website for many many years now,what I like is it's a well made website,clear and easy to navigate,easy to search for products,and most importantly to me each product sho s stock availability and status.On top of this the customer support is 1st class, every time I've sent a queery (sometimes with multiple questions) I get a very speedy response with again clear and helpful answers. Brilliant company,brilliant website and customer support. (When asked in reviews 'what would you change ' I always say nothing,if it ain't broke.

Seriously impressed with Wheelspin Models.
I ordered a model and batteries from them around 4PM on Friday, it arrived before midday on Saturday even for a shipping price of around £4. I also had a near instant reply to an email query on the same day.

Correct items dispatched, at record speed. As a result, I had a cracking weekend and will be back for more in the future.

Unfortunately after utilising the services of Wheelspin models for quite some time they kept me waiting for almost 5 weeks for parts. I was told at one point they were next to be made then 2 weeks later they'd been discontinued. Hmm that doesn't make sense. Then I got told by the management that this does not reflect on Wheelspin models in any way. I also had to wait 2 days for a refund that wasn't in full so I had to wait another 2 days for the rest. I have since sourced my parts from a company that really does go above and beyond. A company can be great until its not so great no more. I won't use them again. Thought I'd share this experience as I have previously praised them.

UPDATE:
Since speaking to the manager Simon, he assured me the staff would be spoken and he actually managed to get me 1 of the parts needed. So I thought it best to update my review

All enquiries are dealt with swiftly and proffessionally and if they do not have the answer straight away they will find one and even conact manufacturers if needed. Stock levels are always good from latest new items to all my spare part need. They have very competative prices and friendly staff who give trustworthy help and advice. Wether i spend a few pounds or hundreds the service is always the best.
