I have in question the service being offered by : Josh Hoosein , giving different prices and making silly mistakes on checks, was asked to check if bike was in km or M said M though it was Km, he gave a price of £264 According to 30,000Miles for a level 4 major service. Next day 19/10/19
After telling him it was 30,000km not 30,000 miles he told me now it’s £264 for level 3 Service and £364 for the level 4. Charging £100 more for a service price I want given for 30,000MILES a day earlier after knowing now it’s only approx 18,000 miles.
he would not inspire confidence in customer safety in the service centre. Mr Kevin French (claimed manager) would not accept the faults of Josh , would not acknowledge what josh had given as a price, and not one did question josh . After. Asking mr Kevin French if he is going to question josh his answer was no, and frankly he showed no interest in his employees faults . He was only concerned about questioning me as a customer , and what I do for a living. After asking about Kate Collins , He was hesitant on answering anything and claimed she has nothing to do with anything.
Odd behaviour for a Legitimate Public Business.
(This was the service centre part of the shop (not sure if separate from sales (Wheels Honda)). This is my 1st encounter with them.)
