I purchased a Montblanc pen as a gift but it arrived with a defect which meant that it had to be sent to Germany for repairs. Wheelers' friendly staff took care of this and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair took a while, but the wait was worth it as the recipient was absolutely delighted with the gift, thank you so much! It wasn't my first purchase from Wheelers and certainly won't be my last - truly wonderful customer service appears to be few and far between these days!

Bought from this company for the first time lately and could not have had a better service. Super customer services online and on the phone with super fast free delivery. It’s not a company I had heard of and it came up on a search for a handbag. But after the tremendous service will be using again. Thank you!

I have bought from this company several times, often Dunhill refills etc. It doesn't seem to matter how small your order is, the service is always first class.

I ordered the Hugo Boss Saffiano A4 Folio with personalisation and Bruce kindly agreed to arrange for same day personalisation and next day delivery. Great service and a quality product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Thank you so much for the speedy delivery of the Aspinal passport covers. My husband will loves his one and it's come on time in a really short period before his birthday. Both covers are absolute stunning and we will enjoy using them in the years to come. Just need to find a few children's passport covers and then we can distinguish all of them! For reasons which I wont go into I can happily give this company maximum starts - the item was a Mont Blanc pen so as you would expect, no problems with the item, but where the company excelled was the level of customer service which was superb - Thank you. Ian

I will go back again and again , many a company could learn a lot from wheelers. Have dealt with Pauline and Bruce and could not fault their service in anyway.

I was looking for a present for my Sister's 50th birthday. Living in Greece, it's difficult to find quality gifts, unless of course you go all the way to Athens (8 hour round trip!), so I was delighted to find Wheelers on the net and found the perfect pressie - a gorgeous Mont Blanc pen. Wheelers gift wrapped the present beautifully, including a personal message from me on the tag and delivered it on time to my Sister in the UK.

I found the site easy to use and was impressed by their efficient service - will definitely be back again.

I bought a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for my brothers 50th birthday. I was struggling to find the perfect present, but Wheelers were able to enrgave a personal message onto the bottle, which made the perfect keepsake to remember this special occasion. My brother loved the present!

i found a charm i'd been wanting, bought it and paid and they also took the money out of my account.. the next day i received an email telling me the item was out of stock. from other reviews i have read this doesn't seem like a one off occurrence. although the customer services were polite, it annoys me to have wasted my time, a business should be able to keep up with their website stock levels.

i will not consider using this company again as they don't seem reliable at all. the prices are great, just the chances of receiving your order aren't so high!

This is the second time I have used Wheelers - really easy web site to use - on both occasions I have sent presents to Singapore - both times gifts arrived well on time - beautifully gift wrapped and spot on what i ordered. This sort of service is just brilliant - well done to all concerned - will certainly be using Wheelers again!

There was an error made by the delivery company and Wheelers promised to send me out another delivery to arrive on a Saturday. As it turned out the delivery company found my item and delivered it to me.

The whole process was made alot smoother by the helpful girls who kept in contact with me through every step.

I then received a personal phone call to check I had actually ordered the right item. I had not - my fault. The re-order was immediately effected and arrived with no delay.

I ordered a Montblanc refill and can't fault the item or the price. I was also impressed with the tracking details given to say when they would be delivered, but having said that they didn't turn up by courier on the day promised - and instead showed up in the normal post 2/3 days later - I'd have been upset if i'd have changed plans to stay in for the delivery.. so something to look at..... but otherwise i'd use/recommend and im sure i'll be back!

Whilst my order was quite a small one, this company's procedures were simply first class. items arrived very promptly, very satisfied indeed.Will certainly bookmark their site for future use.

I passed an order from France for a pair of cufflink. Website working well and object received in a reasonable time, packaged with care.

My only comment is that you can order engraving of your item, but you're not certain of how and where the engraving will be, so I finally decided not to go with it. Maybe a possible enhancement for Wheelers.

The gift arrived, very quickly, well packaged and exactly what I wanted. Cannot rate too highly. I would certainly use them again.
