Haven't had Netflix for a while and was disappointed in new choices - few to my taste.

Well look Netflix is great but mostly all the episodes that come out leave u hanging on season 3 episode nine so you think ok fine I will wait. So google when will next series be out and like always 3 season cancelled or the direct might revisit soon i mean come on if you gonna make a series make one you no for God sake such a let down have to wait years for the next season o well.

It does its Job
I was searching up Modern Family was still on Netflix and it said it had expired and forwarded to Diseny+ where it actually is. So I personally think it's great.

A lot of the other reviews on this website are reviewing Netflix itself which could throw a lot of people off. Just have it in mind when reading the other reviews :)

Have to say not very impressed with Netflix loads of old films on the site unable to specify a category my opinion absolutely rubbish.

We mostly like British films ,not keen on most recent American films. Netflix should consider grouping it better!

What’s not to like

Very unhelpful when I was fraudulently charged for Netflix on my bank account. Would not refund. Would not offer free service as a gesture of goodwill. Even though I cancelled my card when I noticed the fraud they continued to charge my account. Will not be advising anyone to use them

I have been a loyal customer since I joined in the 90's and I don't plan on going anywhere. The only reason I would ever cancel my membership if I couldn't afford it anymore or if Netflix went ridiculous high on their rates. I currently get two discs a month and pay for the on streaming video which I'm a total fan of. I've been amazed on seeing how much Netflix has grown into making their own shows/movies in other countries besides the USA. I hope that will continue it gives us a broader view on material content we might not see anywhere else, to other countries that are making worthy films/shows. I don't have any negative feedback on Netflix as a company, the services they provide for the movie buff viewer. My hope is that as they continue to expand into different genres, they don't decline on the business practices that they made them a great entertainment service and they continue to offer their members fair rates. I do wish they offer a better selection on their (Korean/Japanese) films not see them add newer movies or make their own production movies from these countries. I'd also like to see them improve on their true crimes selection maybe like DiscoveryAddict true crimes shows start making their own true crime shows/reality series. I recently saw on YouTube how they process the discs that came in/out. I always thought it people that ran to the warehouse, but they implanted robotics in a very progressive matter to speed up the distribution of incoming/outgoing disc found it fascinating. I will continue to enjoy Netflix service!!
