I cancelled my free subscription on time. Then their system reactivated my account. Now they have locked me into a 1 year contract that I haven't consent to.
I can't afford that. I explained that to them. They are refusing to cancelled and reimburse my money for now.

It is a fruadulent company that renews the contract on its own and forces to pay fees for the entire year. Must avoid at all cost and spread the word as much as possible.
Highly untrustworthy agency. I have had the exact same experience as the other reviewer, which only confirms their intent. They disregard subscription cancellations and attempt to deceive their customers. Unfortunately, I have been signed up for many years and have spent far too much money on it. Find another agency or do your own research - it's not worth the money!
Terrible company avoid at all costs,Terrible company avoid at all costs.They make you sign a 12 month contract which renews & if you don't serve notice of cancellation 6 months before expiry you have to pay for another year ,i was forced to pay £13000 for a year I didn't even use .If you want to lose £13,000 & get zero benefit then sign up otherwise avoid like the plague!
