Nothing showed up, aggressive emails
I pre ordered 12 quail eggs on a 2 week pre order, after 4 weeks, I hadn't heard from them so I contacted them and they assured me I'd get them soon. So I told my autistic daughter to not worry, they're coming, even showed her the email proof. Gets to 5 weeks after and despite them still selling them on their online store they contacted me, being rather aggressive after I explained I waited 5 weeks, to tell me I wasn't getting them and asking exactly what I expected THEM to do about it. I couldn't believe it. How can you treat customers like this? Maybe because they don't have a Trustpilot profile, well they do now.
The quail are still for sale on their site, for a higher price but at lower quantities, which imo was the reason for thier attitude and wanting to drop the order.
Absolutely terrible business, incredibly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
