I started fly fishing in 1986, the same year Western Rivers Flyfisher opened its doors. WRF has been one of the premiere fly shops in the nation. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and well experienced. I have been able to become an accomplished fly fisher thanks to WRF.

Ever since I have been reading the regularly updated river reports, I have shopped there at their retail store and loved their customer service. They had the correct flies to use on the Weber and Provo rivers where I fished. Definitely must go if you want to fish the rivers in Utah.

The customer service is truly amazing. It's the kind of customer service we don't see anymore. I received a handwritten note with my first order.

I will most definitely be a return customer for life.

I called WRF shop to see if they had a pair off Simms G3 Waders in med\small. They had 1 pair and said they'll ship it out once I put my order in online. They called me back right away and said they could ship them out that night I needed to place the order right away. I did, and they were shipped that night. What service!

I used those waders the next week, would've had to use an old leaky pair.

I ordered light weight women's waders on line and received an email that the color posted was no longer available. I bought the alternate with the understanding that I should return them if they didn't suit me. They were excellent but I appreciated the courtesy and will order from them again.

I got my package very fast and was more than pleased with everything I had bought. It was very good quality.

This was a gift for my wife and she loved it! Fishpond makes great gear.

Western Rivers Flyfisher is so great. Shop employees are beyond knowledgable and will tell you where and how to land the fish in the local rivers (hard to say that about other shops). They'll welcome you in for free coffee to chat about fishing. It feels like a crew of your fishing pals, even if you you just met them. Great people, awesome gear.

I visited Western Rivers for the first time in 2009 and have been going there ever since. Bryce, Nick, Steve, and Ken are always happy to help you get setup with gear and flies so you have a great day on the water. Shopping online is also great, very fast delivery. I have enjoyed several trips on the water with Bryce and recommend them to anyone who asks what fly shop to go to!!!

In my opinion Western Rivers is the best flyfishing shop in Utah. They care about their customers, they care about their sport, and they care about their community. Western Rivers is a good place to get a cup of coffee, get river reports and get some of the best fishing gear the industry has to offer.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions

The staff is knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful! I was planning a Bahamas bonefish ongoing trip and beyond just gear recommendation they offered great fishing tips and techniques. Wonderful experience!
