I've got a problem with my installation but I have found out that WeRSolar is no longer in business can anyone give advice about the warranty

Absolutely gutted, had my solar PV system installed in 2016 and Bob, Phil and the whole team were brilliant, easily the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the system but now flying rats (pigeons) are getting busy under the panels so I’d like bird protection & checks done to make sure the system is working at its best. I was also going to discuss battery storage with them given the increase in energy costs.
Sadly however calls to the numbers on the info pack show line disconnected and a google search says the company is permanently closed.

Have to say this is such a shame, best company I’ve ever dealt with and now I’ve got to try and find someone to help me out. Also but disconcerting knowing how or what to do with the product warranty now.

We have just had our system installed by The Solar Bureau and from start to finish we have been impressed by how professional they are and cannot recommend them highly enough. From George keeping us updated to Kyle and his team on the install everything was completed to a high standard.

Initial response to enquiry, and subsequent quotations and installations very good.
Unfortunately they do not seem to care about looking after you once the sale is complete. Very poor response (on the odd occasion when there is a response) no matter how I contact them-email, telephone, website....
I know last few months have thrown unique challenges, but am very disappointed after such a good start.

My original panel installers went out of business so I was quite concerned when I developed a problem. These guys came to my aid and to be honest I can't fault them. They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem straight away. My situation was a bit complicated in that the panels needed to be split to be compatible with the new inverter which they sorted without any extra charge. Also had bird guard fitted round the panels which they did very neatly and they also washed the panels as part of the service. They explained the options well and didn't try to sell me anything. First class service!

We had ours fitted before the FIT ended, lucky us, but wanted to wait a while to see how things went before leaving a review. I had a number of people out, having done some homework and WeRSolar, were the ones that really stood out with knowledge and no selling pressure, they were honest when they worked out my house ran north to south, telling me my panels would not be as productive (which I was aware of) unlike two other companies who openly lied. The price was actually the third cheapest, but had the best panels and most up to date tech. Fitting happened over one day, with no mess or fuss, even working around a 200 year old house. I would fully recommend getting solar panels fitted by them, we have even talked about getting a battery fitted and when we do I wont hesitate in contacting WeRSolar.

We had our Panels installed today (3/6/2019). The team worked very hard and have done a clean and tidy job. The electrical work has been installed neatly all wiring covered.
Sadly no FIT but we have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. From the start, they provided expert, impartial, no-obligation advice on the best kind of installation for our property. They booked us in for an installation without an up-front deposit, and were happy to change the date when we had to delay for a couple of weeks. On the day of the installation, they arrived promptly and did a great job, installing 20 panels in one day! Great company to deal with, short and to the point no hassle informative first visit to discuss all options .Prices similar to other company’s ,Instalation date booked arrived installed with no hassle. All paperwork compleated as promise .If you need solar you need these guys

It has been just over a year since we had our panels fitted. I found the advice and information provided easy to follow and only went technical when required. The fitting was when I was told and very fast and efficient. The after sales service has been first class. They are most definitely not a business that forgets you once they have your money. I would strongly recommend this company if you are considering solar panels.

We have been particularly impressed with all the aspects of service from WeRSolarUK. From the first engagement meeting to the installation itself, it has been a very pleasurable experience.
On the day of the installation, the three engineers that arrived at our property were incredibly hard working, polite, accommodating and efficient - just add plenty of tea! They left the installation with no sign that they had been there other than the panels themselves. The installation itself is very discrete and all their workmanship was of the highest quality.
We would not hesitate to recommend WeRSolarUK to anyone who is looking for a PV installation. Keep up the good work!

The surveyor was very efficient, he didn't use any selling tactics, just gave us facts and figures that were easy to follow. The panels were installed in a day, and every where was left clean and tidy. The electrician made sure we knew what the various readings were, and that we could check the system was working ok. From start to finish it was a very professional process .

After having been 'offered' a green deal package which on further investigation was not what it first seemed to be I called WeRSolarUK. How glad I am that I did! From the initial contact to installation it was a first class service. Any questions I had were answered promptly and accurately and gave me the confidence this was the right company to choose. Installation was a little tricky due to gale force winds but this was finished off quickly with no problems. Once everything was done they ran me through the internet set up and registration. All in all an exceptionally professional company with outstanding customer service and product. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Positive feedback for prompt, efficient, tidy service. The lads were all very polite, got on with the job, no complaints whatsoever. All we need now is some decent weather to save on our power costs.
