NUMBER NINE £199 ticket for Sidemen…

NUMBER NINE £199 ticket for Sidemen Charity Match - this was MEANT to include hospitality but what was provided was SHOCKING - one small terrible meal each per ticket (fried chicken pieces and about 6 dried out chips each or veggie burger or the flattest driest old pizza) were only options. Freezing cold with AC stuck on - cans of drink and the apparent drinks and cookies at half time non existent - seats were so far away from the lounge it took 12 min each way to walk to and from - staff were rude when we asked about drinks and cookies - literally the worst hospitality ever anda we do Club Wembley, Green Room at Twickenham and Wimledon - honestly shocking and NOT worth the money - would have been better off just buying a cheap meal at the concession - food was better and more plentiful

Wembley Bag Policy Ruined Our Experience!

Went to see England v Spain for a family experience. We had a smallish rucksack to carry extra jumpers.

Entered the stadium and then jumped on by over officious and rude security guards telling us we had to get rid of the rucksack as it was bigger than a sheet of A4 paper. We took out the jumpers and rolled it up (I could have rolled it into my coat pocket but this wasn’t allowed) and bag had to leave the stadium, or it would be thrown away.

So I had to split from my family and find the official ‘bag drop’ where I saw 500 other equally bemused people who had been refused entry, queuing to
drop similar sized items. It’s a money making rouse too, as they charged £10 for the pleasure of holding my empty rucksack.

So I dropped the empty bag and then had to find the ticket office to reactivate my entry ticket.
This all took 45 minutes and as a result I missed the first 25 minutes of the match, then had to leave 15 minutes early to try to miss the rush of people trying to retrieve their belongings too.

No one could give me a reason why my slightly bigger than an A4 sheet bag wasn’t allowed in!

Well done Wembley for providing a memorable experience… but not a good one!

Team looked after me so well.

As a Stockport County fan, I didn't enjoy the football at the Vertu Trophy final yesterday, but I was really impressed with the Wembley team. 'Spotters' were at Wembley Park station, looking out for people with mobility issues and saw me with my walking stick. They asked if I needed help getting to the stadium (I had been dreading the walk), told me that shuttle buses were being provided & where to get one from. I was dropped off by the main stairs in front of the stadium (any closer & the bus would be in the building) and shown where to find people who could help me after that. I was taken in a wheelchair to within 5 steps of my seat. After the game had finished, they were waiting with a wheelchair to take me back to the shuttle bus. All the staff were so friendly, helpful & polite and made a huge difference to my day. Special thanks to the team in Club Wembley, block 251, as they kept an eye out, making sure I was ok while there.

I was not made aware that I could not…

I was not made aware that I could not take my rucksack in until arriving, had to use stash, missed the best part of the gig as no time info was provided when booking my bag on stash, the shop closed at 10:30, the gig finished at 11 - my bag drop off on stash was 10-11 so thought I’d have time, at no point was I advised the shop where I deposited my bag would shut at 10:30 until getting there. At which point I had no choice. 15 minute walk to the shop from the gig. Don’t take a rucksack,

There should be a cloakroom or a place to put bags at the arena.

Ticket Refunds

Does it really take 3 Months to issue a refund for 2 Tickets especially if one of the Ticket Holders is Registered Disabled and the other Ticket Holder is a State Pensioner. Pathetic performance and to think that the writer was a key part in the Construction of the Stadium as I supplied hired in Machinery to aid in the Building of the Stadium and the large steel structure that can be seen for miles.
Even one Star is not worth giving. The loss of interest on both £100 Tickets should be added and a written apology would not go a miss

Bag Drop Hell

Love the stadium and atmosphere but completely spoilt by having to arrive late and leave early to drop my bag which I had no idea was a problem. Gutted b/c it was my son’s first ever game. The ‘bag drop’ was 15 mins away and took another ten mins to queue then cost me £10 per bag. I had two. Disgusting abuse of their position.

Worst venue I’ve been to a concert

Worst venue I’ve been to a concert. People at the back throwing beer down on people below. So much so that the gangways were like a skating rink. So dangerous to walk on. Loads of people vaping but not a steward in sight. Never go and see a concert here. Loads of stewards but not doing a thing.

Terrible Food on Level 5

The four stars are for the Colplay concert/ seating/staff. However, I couldn't believe the type of food that was available on level 5. I don't eat trashy junk food but had no option but to buy a £10 burger that was cold and a £12 warm can of wine. All that was available was pure rubbish. Very unfair to provide cold greasy junk food just because you are seated on this level. All I can say is make sure you eat somewhere else before going to the stadium.

Security/Lost Property Team

I would like to post a review, especially for the security team members who found my phone.

I filled out a form a couple of days after losing my phone and William called me almost immediately to say that they had found it.

Furthermore, they said they would send it, free of charge - William was so polite and charming and I have not received such amazing customer service in years - thank you so much to the team!

charmaine and Chris are both angels

charmaine and Chris were life saves thank you both so so so much! Someone was sat in our seats with fake tickets and we were devastated and told by stewards that there wasn’t anything they could do and we’d just have to leave or see if we could get more tickets rather than move the other people with the resell tickets. We were then sent to the help desk and charmaine and chris were so helpful and found us better seats and were so supportive and kind when i was in such a panic in tears. Thank you both so much you’re both angels!

Brilliant Assessable/Wheelchair service from start to finish.

I managed to get a single ticket for the long awaited Oasis reunion, but was unable to get an Assessable/wheelchair ticket as they'd all been sold, so I was a bit worried as I'd not long had surgery and was still walking with crutches. I rang Wembley Stadium Assessable help line and they were so helpful. I then bought a car park ticket, unfortunately all the disabled car park tickets had been sold, so they advised me to get a ticket for the Red car park, which I did. They also told me there would be people on the entrance of the car park and if I asked them, they would get someone to bring me a wheelchair and they would also take me right to my seat. This went really smoothly, I sat in my car for about 10 minutes, then a really friendly guy came with a wheelchair and tapped on my window. He took me up to the floor which my ticket was on (I'd never have been able to walk anywhere near that far) and put me by the Assessable entrance. A few minutes later a really lovely lady came over to me and asked if I would mind sitting on the chair that she had brought over, until the doors opened and they would bring the wheelchair back to me. While I was sitting there, I called the lady over and explained to her that I had bought an excellent ticket, but was quite concerned about getting up the steps to get to my seat, also that I was unable to stand for more than a few minutes and obviously once Oasis started, everyone was going to stand up and I'd be unable to see. Once through the gate, another nice guy took me to the customer service desk and I voiced my concerns. The young lady came out from behind the desk to talk to me and asked me if I would prefer to go in to the Wheelchair section, which was literally one block away from my original ticket and was a brilliant view, just looking over the top of the standing crowd. It was so spacious and I could watch and enjoy the concert from the comfort of my wheelchair seat, without people standing up in front of me.
When the concert and finale fireworks were over, another lovely guy came back to me and pushed me back to my car.
I can't say enough good things about Wembley Stadium's brilliant Assessable system and staff. It was seamless and probably the best experience I'd ever had at a concert. Thank you so much Wembley Stadium. It's 5* from me.

Chris (Customer Service Manager)…

Chris (Customer Service Manager)and another female steward (whose name we didn’t manage to get). Both absolute legends !! Our family had x4 front standing and x1 general admission tickets, meaning we would have been separated for the Oasis gig 2/8/25 had they not solved our problem - couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing night thanks to him (and the music) ❤️

Oasis sound not good enough

Oasis sounded as if all the sounds were just thrown up in the air and I was hearing them in the wrong order. I saw Coldplay there also bad sound quality.
It’s not good enough
Sound check, really probably the best you could achieve but not even close.
I would ask a band member to sit in 517 and tell me they sound good.
Band performance fantastic I’ll be visiting another venue.

Need better understanding of how difficult life is for disabled users in huge crowds

This review is from a carer who visited Wembley with 2 disabled people 1 with physically disability 1 cognitively disability to see Oasis.
I'll start with the positives
*Booking was so easy was able to speak tona human so that we could be seated appropriately to suit both disabled visitors.
*Access staff within the stadium were brilliant super helpful.
* The gig was amazing.
Now the negatives
* No disabled access lines at bars or food outlets
* No 0% or low alcohol offerings at the bars
* Need more staff at Wembly park directing disabled guests to the appropriate directions
* leaving the Stadium with disabled people was awful no staff manning the lifts to ensure priority was being given to those without any other option. And this just got worse disabled people forced into crowds to get to the station with no signage towards lifts until the last few metres and again no staff there to ensure priority use.
Disabled people entering the station on the left then being sent across the whole station through thousands of people to the right for lifts to the platforms.

In summary Wembley Stadium and transport for London need to revisit their disabled access plan as the current plan is not disabled user friendly.
