This estate agency are absolute rogues

This estate agency are absolute rogues, liars and deliberately mislead us on a house purchase near Neath. They sold us the house from hell, literally. When I phoned them to complain, they commented that the house was now my problem, not theirs. It was like the house that jack built and cost me over £35,000 to try to fix, but to no avail. Ultimately, the place needed a LOT more spending on. One experienced builder told me the best thing for the house was to knock it all down and start again from scratch, he said it was the worst house he had ever seen. So please BEWARE buying anywhere from this terrible and dishonest estate agency.
I ended up spending five years in that house and it all made me very, very ill. So regarding Welvern, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!
