I appreciated the company's honesty when they ran into a supply issue and couldn't deliver on the requested date. Other businesses might just have failed to deliver. But Welsh cheese company gave me options. The product was delayed by only a day which was well worth the wait - the gift was wondeful

My Welsh relative, who no longer lives in Wales really appreciated it! The cheese was great and the Barabrith and Welsh cakes were a real taste of childhood. Thank you!

1 deliver the weight ordered
2 I wanted 500 gr and received 2x less than 250gr! Not impressed at all
3 the cheese was very much short of cumin seeds and therefore didn’t taste right
; disappointing first purchase; don’t think I will try them again!!!

Brilliant company. I ordered a gift for my dad. Unfortunately the product had a quality issue. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement which was perfect! My dad absolutely loved it the 2nd time round.

Bought as a birthday gift for my son. Arrived exactly as and when requested. My son said the cheese, crackers and apple chutney were all very tasty and the packaging was excellent! Would definitely buy again!

Easy to order online and able to request a delivery date to suit. Chose a preselected box but able to add a couple of extras to it. It was sent to someone as a birthday present and they were very pleased with the selection of cheeses

I accidentally selected “pick-up” instead of delivery at checkout, which was a bit of a problem as this was a gift for my 88-year-old father-in-law (from Wales) who lives in Portsmouth — not exactly convenient for collection! I hadn’t noticed the mistake, but the company kindly emailed to check whether this was intentional. Thanks to their attentiveness, they quickly amended the order to delivery, and it arrived just four days later.

I couldn’t be happier, and my father-in-law was absolutely delighted. This was my third order from this superb company, and it has firmly become my go-to for any gifts I can send online. Thank you!

the present went down really well and was loved by the recipient. only issue was website allows you to choosea delivery date that i subsequently found out is not possible and delivery is only in set dates. otherwise everything was great. in fact the quick email response to my query about the delivery was also quick, thanks for that too. cheers!

The tintern cheese is fabulous and I am so delighted to have found somewhere I can buy it from. Have ordered 5 plus times now. The cheese is dispatched quickly with options for delivery on Saturdays also. The cheese is always packaged very nicely in a sturdy brown box with ice bags and insulation to prevent damage and keep the cheese cool. Even when we had a flurry of snow in the Midlands and no deliveries could get through, my cheese still arrived cold and fresh. I’m very delighted with my purchases and will continue to buy from this company. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again.
