Truly unpleasant staff

Woken by Wellocks driver at 7 in the morning who was blocking an articulated lorry trying to get out of a small cul de sac and forcing it to reverse back up the cul de sac rather than just moving 20 feet out of its way.

Aggressive threatening expletive shouting individual. It was concerning for those not even involved in what seemed a wholly unnecessary argument. Any normal person would have let the lorry out of the road they wanted to get into, but not your neanderthal.

You really do hire quality staff. You must be proud.
