I rang there number on a Sunday…
I rang there number on a Sunday afternoon regarding a product I tried to purchase and pay for by card which kept declining when I spoke to the lady on the phone who is called ivy that lady couldn't do enough for me she apologised thinking it was her machine to when after she attempted a payment and it went through on her card to find it was my fault she was very helpful and customer absolutely excellent I ordered my lint remover and it arrived as promised 2 days later again excellent customer service and if she could this lady will bend over backwards for you thank you ivy
