I've bought several products over the years, they have beautiful coats and jackets and I can't recommend enough their footwear! My absolute favourite are my Mayfair tall boots from 4 years ago, I still wear them almost every day during the season

I bought the ‘Isobel’ blazer, the material is good quality and I love the silk lining.
They really show they care about their customers and products, customer service was excellent when I had a query about a spare button.

I've purchased several products from this company now and I have to say, service is always excellent. They arrive fast, and are always BEAUTIFUL!! be it shoes, jackets, coats or I even bought a handbag. I cannot fault the quality and style and cant recommend Welligogs highly enough.

Returns are a nightmare - they say they charge £4 and that you have to do it online, but the "link" to return it that I found isnt actually a link, just text that says "here"...

A little bit disappointed that a return costs £4 just for the label and the refund doesn’t include original postage charge so with no item to show it’s cost me almost £10. £4 just for them to process a label is rather ridiculous

I bought a "Louise" coat 2 years ago, but hadn't worn it out in the rain - just on windy seaside days a couple of times. I wore it in quite heavy rain last week and after 20 minutes I was soaked to the skin - my clothes were wet and so was I! I have no worry about the response I got from Welligogs; I was told I had bought a "showerproof" coat, not a waterproof one - I hadn't been aware that it wasn't actually waterproof because that is what I wanted at the time, and what I thought I'd bought. The lady dealing with my complaint has offered me free waterproofing spray, which is fine. But I suppose my point is, if you get soaked that quickly why would you spend over £300 on what looks like a stylish weatherproof coat to wear out in the countryside? For the protection it gave me, I could have just gone outside without a coat at all!

I've bought several Welligog items from coats through to shoes. The latest purchase trousers. In each case the quality is excellent and the coats and jackets have a unique style with an eye to detail. The only slight glitch has been delivery but this was the fault of the carrier.

Very helpful staff when I asked to return a coat. Great customer service. Jennie who is in charge of returns could not have been more accommodating. Will definately buy from here again.

A large area of melted butter stained my reletively new coat. A lady at Welligogs was very understanding and helpful with suggestions about removing the stain, and it worked. Can't thank them enough. Super product and super staff.

I bought a pair of Sloane boots under 4 years ago at great expense being told they would last 10years. I use them for light wear in cold weather and have looked after them with their wax polish as they recommended.
This autumn I wore them in the damp dew not heavy rain for the first time and they let in water. I was really surprised and disappointed. I contacted welligogs but they only guarantee them for a year. I certainly wouldn't have bought them for that money if I had known after such little wear they would leak! I would not recommend these boots to anyone especially if you would want to wear them regularly.

Bought these boots year ago. On the first wearing the leather by the zip ripped. Contacted welligogs, told they would do nothing about it. Have worn them anyway as they are not cheap!! However today I’ve worn them for a 15 minute walk and have a huge blister on the ball of my foot! The soul padding has obviously gone now too! I feel they are very cheaply made and over priced!

I have the Demelza coat which is so lovely to wear. I get compliments every time I have it on, be it at the pub or at the theatre. I bought it at Spirit of Christmas Fair, where the Welligogs staff were most accommodating. I tried on the Mayfair boots as well but didn't get them there. I later ordered the boots and when I couldn't remember what size I tried on Jenny, in the office, was very helpful. I am extremely happy with both products. They are practical and durable. Both are beautifully made and I feel wonderful when wearing them :)

Bought a great Louise coat which is totally waterproof and really stylish as well as functional.
My Sloane boots are still going strong after 4 years of regular use and comfortable.

Despite being busy at the Game fair the Welligogs service was great as we bought another pair of boots for my partner, the previous ones were showing their age after 8 years dog walking!

Polite and very accomodating when ordering on the phone. Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Thoroughly recommend them.
