I was quite surprise to discover that wellango has bad review. I purchase a sage pizza oven from Germany to Belgium. The delivery was perfect (only 3 days through DHL with tracking). Personally I’m very happy of their service. Other site ( in German) give them very good review.
My order never came, I contacted their customer service, and they said that they didn't have my address (which is not correct, I wrote it when I ordered) and they asked me to send the address again, which I did, but I still haven't received my order, and they have taken the money, and now they don't respond. don't use them
