Weldons Sales & Lettings

Weldons have repaid the Holding Deposit

Weldons Sales & Lettings, Shaftesbury Dorset
Be wary of letting from this Company. My daughter and her boyfriend's experience was; the company refused them the letting and then refused to repay their Holding Deposit, which is being investigated as a breach of their statutory rights.
According to information on Shelter's website, Weldon's failed to follow proper procedures and the Citizens Advice Bureau agree.
Weldon's cited it was their company policy not to repay and have then failed to follow their company complaints procedure, choosing instead to dismiss the complaint and refer to redress.
Therefore the matter is being reported to the Property Ombudsman.
