It’s hard to review when you not received my order, but I do believe things are not in stock I ordered on the 3rd October and have not received any confirmation to what’s happening with the order but my items are advertised as been in stock so email would be nice to keep me in the loop

Used as PPE on recent a training course the products are good quality and great value for money. Although we are still waiting for a pair of gloves to be supplied due to stock problems.

Got some good advice on what the best kit for my needs was (Paton 160 mig) and got it at a great price. If you are looking for a high end hobby mig with all the features you would every want the Paton 160 is well worth a look - once it was out the box and set up I had it dialled in and welding 0.8mm steel with good results straight away. (Previous welding experience was 3-5mm plate)

The items arrived promptly but the mid length cap was missing from the box , Which is a shame as thats one of the reasons for purchasing this item. All the other items seemed to be of good quality.

Order was delivered very quickly.

Products great, delivery spot on and in good time.
However there should be a proper invoice sent by email, and the option of printing an invoice on the site once logged in. The print option wants to print 12 pages of the website, as a business user this is something that is important.
Also the captcha doesn't work to reset the password for your account.
Overall a good company with good products, and I will use again, but the paperwork and website need tightening up.
