Honest and caring company.

They make me poop my pants with bills

They make poop my pants with bills I don’t use hot water as not allowed to as I have a skin issue but still they bill me what a joke I am not allowed to wash with hot or warm water as I scab up I don’t use heating as I cannot afford it I do t have the money to buy a quilt as I am broke we are all poor tenants living in grace house London on lodge Road we cannot afford there bills at all so sorry I am not paying any of them as I cannot afford that monthly charge for something I don’t use and cannot use I am paying 90 per month in water rates and that’s a joke living in this building called Grace House is terrible it’s bills after bills that all people are struggling with we are hit with so many bills they just love to grab your money out of you and leave you broke they don’t care that your poorly struggling with bills and money issues I have to live with just a coat over me when sleeping i cannot afford a bed i sleep on sofa

The most appalling customer service

The most appalling customer service. I am not sure what this company gets up to. They have been forced onto us by Fry's (@Dorchester) who set up our block management, but they are soooooo bad.
I really would avoid this company and go with someone who actually provides some customer service.

Scam Company – Unfair and Deceptive Billing

Welcome Energy is, in my experience, a scam company. In Sep 2025, they issued individual invoices supposedly covering 2018–2021, despite repeatedly refusing to provide them when requested. The bills are incomplete, with missing documents and unexplained balances, yet they demand payment without any evidence that the invoices were ever issued at the time. Even worse, they transferred a tenant’s unpaid account onto me as the property owner without notifying me before, despite my having no contract or agreement with them.

Their behaviour appears to be a deliberate attempt to shift liabilities and exploit confusion around heating contracts. Staff provided misleading information and failed to supply evidence, making their practices highly questionable and potentially unlawful.

One star is far too generous; if Trustpilot allowed negative ratings, that would better reflect their conduct. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

WelcomeEnergy helpful costumer service

I called WelcomeEnergy to reactivate my account and resolve a payment issue. The customer service person, named Athul was very helpful and kind during a long call. I had to repeat some procedure to fully understand, he was still helpful and patient. Thanks. We need more customer service person like him.
