Giving one star because of the awful customer service from one employee. The guy at the desk. Must say the other employees were great and the gentleman who delivered our carpets. Just let down by the sarcastic comments from the actual sale guy. Also the fish tank is way too small for them fish! Sort it out

We’ve used Welch Mill quite a few times and once again they have been excellent! Nick helped us through our choices and arranged measuring and fitting. Andy and Jake fitted our new laminate flooring and have done a great job, they consulted us on everything they did, arrived on time and were very professional. Nick made a courtesy call after the fitting to check everything went well which is a very nice touch.

To Mick at Welch Mill Carpets. I am so pleased with the work done to the hall and bedroom by Chris and Josh. I would recommend you to any one. Thank you for being able to keep my promise to my son. Now it's done thank you again.

Needed a new lounge carpet and Welsh Mill made it easy for us. Was laid yesterday by Daniel and Nicole who did a fabulous job, going the extra mile to get rid of the mess the builders had made a few weeks earlier. Can't thank them enough and sing their praises. Really pleased with the result.

Daniel and Nicole worked very hard fitting my lounge and hall carpet. Lovely polite couple to chat to. Did a very good job, very happy with results 😀.

Mick was extremely helpful when we arrived and found us the perfect carpet within our budget. Sean and his colleague did a great job fitting the carpet. The only reason reduced to 4 star was as we were not told that any excess carpet cuts you need to get rid of yourself. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Just to say that I was impressed with the service I received from Welsh Mill Carpets. I wanted to get a carpet fitted within a couple of days and this was made possible by Welsh Mill Carpets. I was served by the helpful Nick and then the friendly pair, Daniel & Nicole did a brilliant job of fitting the carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.

At the showroom Mick patiently waited while I chose the vinyl floor for my hallway. I was very impressed with the huge amount of choice, the quick delivery and very competitive price! Gareth the fitter arrived bang on time to fit the vinyl and did not complain that I hadn't been able to remove the original flooring, which I said I would. Nothing was a problem, it was a great experience from start to finish and I'm very happy with the result!

I bought laminate flooring from Welsh mill excellent quality and very reasonable price also a stair carpet good quality and very reasonable price goood customer service and excellent carpet fitter arrived on time and very pleasant did a great job would buy again from this retailer

Nick was very helpful and showed me the best carpet for my needs and the prices ere reasonable.

The fitters Sean and Dave were also very helpful and extremely good at their job. They were quick and tidied up after themselves.
I have used Welch mill carpets previously and will do so again.

The whole experience with welchmill was fantastic,are sale's guy was nick who was very polite and professional,and a massive thanks to are two fitters John and mark these guys really put a shift in so thank you.

As usual with Welch Mill Carpets we received excellent service and pies. The choice was extensive and the fitters were very pleasant, competent and quick.

I thought it was time I replaced my 14 years old laminate flooring which Welsh Mill had put down originally. Nick went through the options with me. Listened about the dog, how I wanted something lighter. Decision made, date fixed for following week. Andy the fitter was punctual and friendly, even put up with my mithering dog. He did a beautiful job, cleaned up after himself, even hoovered, yes hoovered outside where he had been cutting the pieces. Job well done, would recommend to anyone.

From walking in to Welchmill carpets to having our carpet fitted they helped our family out with great carpet and underlay and to the gentlemen fitting it in our home they were all great help especially picking the carpet we came out happy with everything for a great price to if I r in need of a carpet get down to Welchmill carpets

Just had Daniel and Nicole fit my kitchen flooring, really friendly, super efficient, cleaned as they went. Was pleasure having them in my home to do such a fantastic job.
