Aoife was so much help in the watch department. I bought a watch that just didn’t suit. She put a couple of similar watches aside for me to view & was on hand today to help. Nothing was too much trouble and she was professional, polite & very helpful.

I ordered a ring and the staff very quickly and helpfully transferred the ring to my nearest shop, Dundrum, for collection. I found the person I spoke to on the phone to be very helpful, especially as it was a very busy week prior to Christmas.
