Their shop located on Grafton Street in Dublin is truly a sight to behold, the beautiful display cabinets and desks are exquisite made of beautiful brass, wood and glass and the rich carpets, it is like walking back in time to a bygone era of true quality, craftsmanship, thoughtful and detailed presentation of jewellery. No matter how big or small that your purchase may be you are treated always with utmost manners and attentiveness and made to feel welcome and valued.

When it came time for getting the engagement ring, there really was no competition for the quality, service and value that we got in Weirs. They made the whole experience so easy for us, took time to get the right ring for my partner. Will be back soon to get the wedding bands.

I recently purchased a gift of a leather secrid wallet for my sons graduation. The website was very easy to navigate, the pages were clear with pictures of the wallets and price, I was able to make my selection quickly, the engraving was simply done and I knew exactly how much I was paying, Payment was very easy and the wallet was delivered on the day it was scheduled, it was very nicely packaged. My experience was very pleasant. I had made an order online and picked it up from the Dundrum store. Since it was a gift, i opted for the gift pack option and the employee wrapped the gift so well and gave it in a gift bag. Everything was so swift and smooth. Would definitely visit the Dundrum store again.

My first purchase from Weirs was in 2009 from Paul and Dundrum shopping Centre, then over the years I have felt with all staff at Grafton street. They are all friendly and professional. During my last visits I dealt with Dan. It was a really a great experience. I can’t recommend them enough. You’ll pay top dollar but you will get the best in town . Well done every one .
