My appointment was on 11/06/25, with Dr. Aliamwllo. The Dr. appointment went well. When I got the Dr. bill 12/1/25, I call, 12/3, inquiring about the orthotics. I was told because I missed a call in November, I would have to wait until after 1/1/26 for the orthotics to be ordered. Today is 11/12/26, I’ve called several time and was told someone would call be back. Well that hasn’t happened.

I happened to be on the second floor of the Oak Park office and decided to pop into Weil Foot Clinic to see if Dr. Park could see me because my left wound seemed to be infected. Knowing that this would possibly be a reason for having to postpone my upcoming knee replacement surgery, I really needed to see Dr. Park ASAP. Ne-Ne at the front desk went to the back to ask Dr. Park if she could see me, but her schedule was totally full. She went out of her way to get me an appt. the next day at their other office in Lincoln Park. Every time I go into the Oak Park office, Ne-Ne always greets me with a big smile! That goes a long way!

5 calls to confirm appointment. No responses. No replies to emails - only a call center misrepresenting themselves as "The Doctors' Office." Cannot reach my Doctor and Weil does not return calls. They've eliminated all patient interaction other than to schedule new appts. Website does not even allow incoming email, only wants you to set appts. It's all about sales. Seems clear Weil wants you to pay for office visits with no patient interaction before or follow up after regarding billing or service. They send text messages also that do not accept replies. Weil Foot & Ankle Institute is now very evasive.
