We are in South Africa and have been dealing with Natasha from wehustle in the UK. She has gone out of her way on 2 separate occasions to ensure our orders were delivered on time and correctly. She has repeatedly communicated with us in a friendly and professional manner and put our minds at ease both times when we had queries as our orders were not straight forward and we had special requests both times. Nothing was too much trouble and the overall experience has been a pleasure and we will definitely use we hustle again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
I have never received such poor customer service in my whole life. After enquiring as to when my order would be arriving, as it had been over the 5-7 working days, I was told by the customer service assistant that I was being "pedantic" and passed onto the manager who proceeded to shout abuse as I tried to further enquire the whereabouts of my order. The manager then proceeded to tell me that he was cancelling my order, although I told him I did not want him to do this. As I tried to explain my situation he continued to interrupt and shout at me and basically told me that he was cancelling my order against my wishes. I hung up the phone feeling shaken as a result of the abuse and aggression of the conversation. The level of professionalism of this company is, to be quite frank a joke. I would strongly advise customer not to order from this website. After working in retail customer service for many years I am truly shocked at the way I have been treated. The products also appear to be fake, proceed with caution!

WE HUSTLE CHEATERS!!!
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I placed an order with them in 2016 and paid them through paypal plus international shipping because I live in Poland. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! I email their sales departament many times but they never respond. I didnt get my money back also. WARN OTHERS!!!!

It's a scam
I ordered two t-shirts from this "authentic" Kanye West and other merch dealer. I called them after one week, and they said it takes 10 business days for delivery. I then called two weeks later and they said that the parcel had gone back to them. The reason was "Someone in your building said that you don't live there." which isn't reason enough as it says my name at the door. They wouldn't pay for it to be sent again.
After reading more online reviews I might be lucky because apparently it's really bad quality and not authentic at all.
