Hi, I've emailed multiple times about this. My order number is: 1836002 and I ordered two items on 29th April and was told they would arrive in 5-7 working days. Due to the current pandemic I expected them to be delayed, however it has now been 14 working days so I emailed and I received one response from Natasha saying she would look into it and get back to my by the next day. Ive received no response since this and it has now been 4 days since her reply.

I ordered from wehustle 4 years ago and everything was sent fine. I have not had the same experience this time. I would appreciate it if I could get my items delivered out as nothing has come.

Don’t order from “WEHUSTLE” because you literally get hustled...... ordered a jumper and a top, said would be here in a week nearly 3 weeks later no sign of my order, no reply’s to emails and they don’t answer the number on the site but they keep your money. I’d recommend using PayPal when using sites like this. I’ve sent them a nice email telling em where to stick the order and me money. Thieving scum. I don’t know how they are getting away with this but it needs reporting the address to where they are based is “Wadsworth Road, Perivale, Middlesex, UB6 7JJ, United Kingdom” I hope they get what they deserve. SCUM!!!!!

I received my package and the merchandise was of good quality. There were some initial delivery issues however when I contacted We Hustle they re-sent my order promptly.

As most of the reviews on here, absolutely shocking. Placed an order, nothing arrived, no one answering phone, emails not being replied to, looks as if this is a scam. I actually thought this would s be a company I could trust. Looking into the registry of the company so I can get in touch via my legal team.

I live in Manchester so not difficult to deliver as I'm not in Europe. Just a reply or some sort of contact.

Ordered a hoodie, when it arrived the colours were completely wrong. Got a reply instantly pretty much when I asked when it would be despatched and have now tried to call and email them (4 times may I add) to get no response. I have also noticed that they only seem to reply to positive reviews on here (shock!). Very, very poor service

Ordered a hoodie said would be with me on the 7th may latest still waiting have sent loads of emails hardly get a reply, asked for tracking info dont get it, if it's not coming or you haven't even sent it I would like a refund please so I can actually buy it elsewhere. Was brought for me as a birthday present massive fail that was. Some one please actually contact me

Ordered 2 t shirts. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive. I’m guessing this was due to the effects of covid-19 on everything. However I spoke to Natasha via email. Superb customer service. Natasha apologised and arranged for them to be re-dispatched. Arrived a couple of days later. Excellent t shirts and excellent customer service. I won’t hesitate to use wehustle again!!

Ordered two t-shirts con the 1st of march and i still didn’t get anything.
I always talked with a girl named Natasha, she is very kind but it’s been a while since i'm asking for a Refund and i still didn’t get an answer..

Follow up review. Still no sign of tshirts ordered on 24 March,2020. Following my first post on here, I have been contacted by email but am still no further. Was first told that there was an issue with Hermes and will look into and if needed they will resend with Royal Mail. I then have to chase again to be asked if Hermes have contacted me yet? I advise no and am told they will contact Hermes today and get back to me. Four more days have passed and I have not had a reply, nor can I reach anyone by phone. Since their last communication I have had Hermes deliver 4 times to the house without issue from other companies!!
Service is extremely poor, lots of excuses given but no end result. I want my tshirts or refund this week if you are reading.

I'm in the same boat as mostly everyone on here. I ordered and paid for a hoodie to be shipped to Canada where I live. That was march 9th, it is now april 21, and still no sign of it. I have emailed them several times, wait for 2 or 3 days for responses, the first response to my first email they told me they sent my order...a week after I ordered it!..... All I get is oh we'll check on things, or do you have another address.....I have only one address. Why wont you guys answer me or send my order? Please! All I want is my order, or at least an offer for a refund. I believe I've been extremely patient, but I'm running out of patience! No wonder when it's been almost 2 months.

Shocking still no items paid extra for fast shipping not a thing it's been 3 weeks

Absolute shambles I ordered a hoodie from them 2 weeks ago and got an order number etc. But never got any info afterwards I’ve emailed them twice asking about my order And what was happening with it with no reply. So to summarise they are awful company that don’t give you what you ordered and PAID FOR!!!! Disgraceful

Shipping took somewhat longer than expected, however the products are great just as promised and the whole process was straightforward and uncomplicated. Will buy again

Terrible company. My order still hasn’t arrive, which was ordered well over a month ago but yet the money was taken from my account. Do not trust these scamming liars.

I’m leaving a review because I feel like I would be quicker getting a response than by email. I ordered a hoodie on the 18th of December, it says 7-10 working days delivery but even at that I knew because of Christmas it might be longer. Anyways upon ordering I was given an order number and tracking number which I can’t use to track the order without an account, made an account and still can’t track my order. I tried contacting yours by email and still no response. And from reading reviews it seems you do not respond to people often.
