Zero stars

Ordered door handles in April & yet to appear or be refunded the £114 spent. Keep getting fobbed off with please bear with us as we've been bought over. No-one answers the emails we send & have now stopped answering the phone. We've been patient but will now raise a dispute through our credit card company. Please avoid this company.

Took my money and I’m still without the part I ordered months on

I am over £20 down with nothing to show for it and have been unable to get a response to my emails or phone calls.
Delivery was extremely slow when I placed the order. They sent the wrong part, asked me to send it back and they would send out the correct one. I’ve done that - at my own expense, which they said they’d reimburse - and have heard nothing back despite my emails and phone messages. It’s been a month since I sent the part back, even with their incredibly slow service and the apparent change of management I would expect to have had some contact in that time.
They’ve effectively taken my money for nothing.

No answer from them about my order

I've ask before about an item and how long will take to deliver, they told me 3 to 5 days, on 17 June I bought that item, it's 29 today and no one answers my phone or email, not yet delivered ...

I will definitely be using We Handle It All in the future.

Ordered the Atlantic Forme Asti door handle pack from We Handle It All. Fantastic quality product, and the service I received from Sarah was second to none. She kept me up-to-date with expected delivery times, and was quick to respond via their online chat.

I will definitely be using We Handle It All in the future.
