have had unlimited broadband with weekly broadband for a couple of years now and have no complaints whatsoever... fast download speeds, excellent connection, unlike some other providers, no issues there, the one time it did cut out, was quickly resolved with a telephone call and problem was fixed in about half an hour...
above all else, friendly, efficient and professional customer service 10 out of 10 there...in particular Kieran today, who, when i phoned to have my internet reinstated after having cancelled it as i was due to move house but unable to/delayed due to being ill, had another contract up and running for me in no time again.
when i do actually move house in the v near future, i'll stick with these guys, excellent internet connection and excellent customer service :)

Had an issue with my broadband box and rang the helpline for advice. I spoke to a gentleman called Matt who was very helpful and talked me through what I needed to do. Very good communication over all and proper customer service.

Absolute joke of a company, never received any services after paying the first payment and after sometime trying to give me a bill for £100. After contacting them they reduced it 25%. Now been sent to there credit control center to recover. Certainly not paying a penny for not having the service! Would definitely give 0 stars if I could

Ok so I'm new with Weekly Broadband and i have to say i was really pleased to of found a weekly Broadband as these other providers charge far too much money for a monthly broadband ridiculous i was with Talk Talk and they said next months bill will go even higher so i knew i had to find a weekly Broadband + I did not want another 12 - 24 month contract because if i wanted to end my contract early it would cost me a BOMB but these guys came to the rescue because i only needed to find someone until i moved to another coutry !!! + i was pretty happy with the speed of the customer service as there happy to help straight away not having to wait.... Happy Days :)

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, so went ahead. Was told the company would contact me to arrange installation date. In the afternoon I got a call from another number pretending to be from them wanting my bank details again. At this point I was not happy and told them I would not be going ahead with it. Wanted to pass me to a 3rd operator now the cancellations department. Told them they were scammers and hung up. Checked out the number they were phoning from and it was from Leeds this company I had already asked where their base was and it is in Horsham. So be very careful.
