Customized Pint Glasses Look Cheap
Ordered the pint glasses and upgraded to gold print instead of black. First off, the positives. They came quickly, not broken and were relatively affordable. That's all I can say positive. The design is so small and fine that you can barely see it. Customer service says that it's because I chose gold. Even if I wouldn't have paid more for gold and stuck with black, it is super fine and looks really cheap.
Zero accountability and laughable Customer Support
Ordered 3 weeks in advance plus one extra week wiggle room for my destination wedding. Besides the email confirmation and invoice, I never received any shipping, tracking or other communications about my order (another reviewer had same issue).
My order status on the website never changed from 'Processing' until after the delivery date came and went, when it then completely vanished from my account order history and search.
Reached out to support and finally got a tracking number but Support could not care less about standard customer service expectations like being able to view/access orders on their website and not receiving order update communications like literally every other online shopping company does.
Virtual Assistant transferred to a live rep, who was dismissive, insinuated blame for not checking junk/spam (already checked and not there), scapegoated FedEx (as another reviewer mentioned), washed their hands of any responsibility and eagerly closed the chat even though I stated that my issue was not resolved.
To WEDDINGSTAR -- It is not FedEx's issue that I am still not able to view/access my order on WEDDINGSTAR's website or receive order update communications from WEDDINGSTAR to begin with. At least that way, I could have followed my order closely and contact FedEx earlier since the package has been sitting at their hub in another state for nearly a week.
At this point, I have no confidence that my package will arrive before I leave for my trip -- meaning guests will not receive welcome packages, favors, bridesmaids will not get their gifts and the wedding decor will be lacking. WEDDINGSTAR ruined a significant part of my wedding and from my experience thus far, I doubt they will give me a refund since some of the items were personalized. For a company that deals in weddings, they have no sense of urgency or customer service for a huge milestone in people's lives. TLDR; I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEDDINGSTAR.

This company not only gives you false information on delivery but will then scapegoat their failure on FedEx. I was told my gift would arrive on a day it never even tried to deliver. And their policy when it can’t be “delivered”is to send it to OliveBranch MS. A secure location that cannot move the shipment until they get the okay from this place…… FedEx kept saying my unit number wasn’t on the shipping label…. Their customer service said it was there and it’s all on fedex. FedEx refused to send it out until they allowed it because of the issue. 2.5 weeks of going back and forth with them until I demanded my money back……
SAVE YOURSELF THE BS and order from a more reputable company. Their customer service is also only via a bot chat to a AI “human” that can’t help you. Email only which just gives you lies after lies. Saying I had to deal with FedEx myself…… a total waste of time and effort.
Great prices, no issues
We ordered 80 stemless wine glasses for wedding favours with personalisation. They arrived within the time that was specified, perfect condition. No problems whatsoever. Communication was great and helpfulas well when I wanted to do a single order of two glasses to compare in person. Would use this company again

Placed an order. Received the order in a timely fashion. However, the spelling was wrong. They stated they would correct it. They sent a replacement however the replacement has been sitting at FedEx due to an error on Weddingstar Inc. end. I tried to live chat, and it is not a live chat but a back-and-forth email. Additionally, I have been told I cannot get a refund for my order only part. Despite none of this being my fault. I checked the spelling before ordering, and it was correct and they still spelled it wrong. FedEx is holding the item not because of something I did...but Weddingstar Inc's mishap.
Wedding Star mason jar mugs are leaky garbage
I paid $148 for 34 16-oz mason jar mugs from Wedding Star as favor gifts for a wedding shower. At first I was very pleased with the product. But it turned out that a good number of the mugs leaked where the handle attaches to the jar. Out of 13 leftover mugs 6 leaked, and I have no idea how many of the ones my guests took also leaked, but logic tells me it was about half of them. As you might imagine, I was quite embarrassed knowing that, in all likelihood, my guests had taken away defective gifts. When I reached out to Wedding Star, all they could offer me for a refund was for the 6 leaky leftovers. I don't know what that figure will be, but I doubt it will take into account the set up fee of $40, the shipping fee of $24, or the $7 of insurance. So that means what? That I'll get back $15 of my original $148?
But the bottom line: I tried to give nice shower gifts for my guests and instead I will be remembered for giving away cheapo garbage.
Faulty film in 10 cameras
Purchased bundle of 10 disposable cameras for my wedding. Turned out all the film was faulty and you can’t detect a thing on the developed photos. Not only did I lose all my wedding photos but also out of pocket £175 for development costs.

I ordered some glasses and decanter but the decanter had a slight scratch.
It is a wedding gift and I needed to get it by tomorrow but I was going to be unlikely due to the short amount of time. By a miracle and Jenaya’s amazing work it has arrived. I am so happy and relieved. If any bosses see this please reward her as she is an absolute superstar.

Ordered items with 3 weeks notice and paid for express delivery to ensure delivery ontime. When the delivery date had passed I got intouch on the live chat. I was told that I had been sent an email to say the foil machine had broken down and did I still want the order. I did not receive this email so was unaware that there was an issue. I was then informed by another chat assistant that the order had been dispatched that day. Several days later (3 days before my deadline for receiving the items) I contacted them again to be told that they hadnt been sent out and that as they were coming from Canada I would not receive them in time. I had ordered (I thought) from a UK site. I was extremely disappointed. There was one helpful chat assistant who did arrange a full refund.

Please do not order from this company. I placed an order 21st June and paid £149.85 for 15 parasols. I received email invoice and email confirmation of my order, but nothing else. I had to chase them 2 weeks later due to not receiving any dispatch email/ further order/ delivery emails. I emailed the customer support email and said I would receive my order by 11th July. Not once did I receive any emails with tracking confirmation. I tried to go on their website to track, but kept coming up not recognised. 11th July I received delivery, but 1 parcel with only 3 parasols in it, I had ordered and paid for 15.
I emailed to chase and have experienced bad service and have now reported this company and transaction to my bank and credit card as scam and fraud.
All they keep saying is they have sent the order and after I stated I would report them they are saying the remaining items are stuck in customs, but they haven't sent me tracking information or links to check this, they have only sent me screen shot of a tracking, but this could be any ones.
Right now I am not getting anywhere with this company. I just hope I can claim my money back and get a refund or they actually send the remaining 12 items before my wedding. I would not use this company for anything. Please Please avoid.

I bought RUSH shipping AND shipping insurance. Item was marked as delivered but was not in my apartments secure package locker (the only place FedEx is allowed to leave packages).
The customer service rep (“Allison”) is DISGUSTINGLY nasty and rude and is refusing to help me with this item. She put through a replacement order and then continued to send me rude and argumentative emails (??? I’m not sure why we ended our chat but she seemed to have some sort of personal mental breakdown?) and when I asked her why she was being so argumentative and terrible she said she was canceling my replacement order and now they won’t even refund me. BUYER BEWARE. Having to do a fraud dispute.
