I read a lot of reviews before I purchased from Weddingshe.com. Once I received my dress I was horrendously disappointed. It was ill fitting, poorly and cheaply made and differed immensely from the picture shown on their website.

I emailed their customer service who asked me to jump through hoops in order to provide proof that the dress was ill fitting, cheap and nasty and differed severely from the advertising picture. Finally, after sending through numerous pictures I stopped receiving replies to my emails. I have messaged them on facebook (which I can seen they are reading) and written on their facebook wall.

I am so bitterly disappointed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I love it! not only because it is beautiful and delicately decorated with beading, but also because it makes me comfortable the whole day.

Words can't express how happy my sweet bride is ! I wanna say, this is a trustful site.

We ordered a wedding dress at weddingshe.com.
It took a long time to get this dress. When we received it the dress fitted well except that my fiancee could not fit her arms in the dress because the sleeves were too narrow!!! We confirmed with customer support that my fiancee had the right arm size to enter the sleeves of the dress if the sleeves would be the right size. The quality of the dress is poor like the customer service. The company located in China proposed us a $25 refund for a dress that is $110. They told us that sending back the dress would cost more than the price of the dress and they also refused to cover the fees for returning the dress while this one is a manufacturing defect on their side. I recommend to not to use this company.
