Website has not been updated for DECADES

This review is for weddalia UK. This was supposedly the 'number 1 site for selling wedding dresses' so i paid to have my dress published on the site. This is either a scam website or the people who have created it no longer work for the company as I have not heard back from anyone despite paying for a service! My dress has not been published and the site is not user friendly at all. There is no way to contact anyone and the website has clearly not been updated for years!
