As soon as we walked in the door the staff were so welcoming, I was looked after by Angie, who was amazing, she took note of what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my decision, she made me feel so comfortable. They have a wide range of different styles, Thank you so much Wed4less for my amazing dress and a magical experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Michela was an absolute gem from greeting us with a warm and genuine sense of purpose. I'm an older first time bride and had no idea what to expect but the huge range of choices and service was exceptional. I said yes to the dress very quickly because I was listened to with such expertise and a beautiful genuine human connection. Thank you so much highly recommend this place x

I have visited Wed4less today. I did not have an appointment however felt very welcomed and had been provided with professional service. I personally recommend this place.

Wed4Less truly provided me with the ultimate wedding dress experience. I had taken time to look at their dresses and pick 5 I liked. The 1st was "not me at all". The second had everyone's eyes lit up and watering...I knew the moment the zip did up...SO flattering and stunning and I just knew....a complete bridal moment. I said "yes to the dress!!" And can't thank Angie at Wed4Less Newcastle enough for helping me find my vision. I was even able to find the pearls for my hair....10/10 and a gold star 🌟

I got married 28th October 2024. I got my dress and my daughter’s dress from here. Everyone commented on how beautiful our dresses were. Fantastic service from picking dresses to trying them on and then collecting them. Nothing was too much. My friend has already decided that she will be getting her dresses from there.

Michaela from wed4less Newcastle is the most amazing person Iv ever met! I came to the store feeling fat, frustrated and miserable after an awful experience at another bridal store. I didn’t want to get married let alone look at dresses! Michaela Was so kind, warm and generous with her time. She instantly made me feel special and comfortable. It may sound dramatic but I honestly found my experience with her extremely empowering and inspiring. I think it’s something I’ll never forget.

I bought a dress from the Newcastle branch earlier this year and unfortunately my wedding was called off. Despite the dress never having been worn or adjusted and kept in a protective bag (also bought from them), they flatly refused to refund or exchange the dress. Please avoid this place. Terrible customer service. I contacted the store and they refused a refund or exchange. I then contacted customer services and was again told no. They insinuated that it's a sad state of affairs that I leave a bad review just because I "can't get what I want". I am simply being honest about my experience

Having 8 bridesmaids, I had to make 3 trips to Rotherham to get them all fitted. We dealt with 3 different members of staff and every one of them were amazing and patient. They couldn’t do enough for us, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the choice of colours, so many to choose from. I would highly recommend 👍🏼😊

Went to find a wedding dress at the Stockport branch with my daughter who will be getting married next year in Cyprus. I have to say the staff were second to none. Very very knowledgeable. Made my daughter feel totally at ease. Nothing was too much for them. One of the ladies saw I was struggling with my mobility so went and got a chair so I could have a front row seat to see my daughter in these beautiful dresses. The lady that helped my daughter with fitting the dresses etc was superb. She was honest with my daughter and told her what she though suited her and what sort of dress would flatter her the most. The dress was chosen. She looked simply stunning. I can't fault a single person at the Stockport branch . My daughter absolutely loves her dress. This is 4 th place we went to to get the perfect dress and they did not dissapoint. Thankyou to the lovely staff at Stockport branch. You're all wonderful. Highly reccomend this place.

Employee was insulting and tactless regarding my dress size and despite travelling two hours to visit the store - I was informed that I wouldn’t be able to try anything on as they were closing early. This was hours before the closing time as per their website.

I said yes to the dress at West Bromwich branch. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff greeted us, nothing was too much trouble. The range of dresses was vast. Highly recommend.

My experience in Stockport was amazing. Lesley advised , listened and helped me with everything and I found my dress within my first 5 I tried . She gave me Information and answered any questions I had . There was no rush or urgency in anything and I felt at ease . Thankyou Lesley for everything I can now enjoy my day x

Excellent choice and staff very helpful in letting you choose and giving suggestions. Helped with fitting. Jemima was especially lovely and so kind, nothing was a problem for her. Outstanding member of staff.

Went to West Bromwich store felt like didn’t want to help, lady was rude made my friend feel really uncomfortable, went to wed2b after & she got her dress she was treated like a bride there, think women needs training in customer service

We went to the West Bromwich store I Went with a few ideas in mind of what I liked and Chelsea put me straight at ease talked through thoughts and helped with confidence and knowledge. Myself and my sister felt so welcomed. When trying on the dresses nothing was too much trouble then we found the one I instantly felt it. Can’t wait for my future husband and family to see me on the day. Thankyou Chelsea it was such a lovely experience and would like every bride to be to feel how I did when they say YES TO THE DRESS.

What should have been an exciting morning to collect my dress,turned out a nightmare as the dress was made wrong.
Only to be told a manager was t on duty and was back Thursday.This only leaves a couple of weeks to alter as booked on for a fitting in September.
I resort to contacting customer service who asked for the invoice.
There is no urgency in contacting me,I am upset and anxious.
This is unprofessional and not a good service.

Wow what can I say. From the minute walked in I felt so relaxed considering I was very nervous about going to look at dresses (first time).

You wasn’t made to rush, was able to look at dresses without the pressure of anyone around you. Was nice to be able to look and see the different styles and sizes of dresses.

Carol and Megan and the manger at the Stockport outlet was just amazing. Carol made me feel so comfortable about trying different designs on and even helped me pick my dream dress which was the 3rd dress I tried on.

There was no pressure to buy.

100% recommend and I said yes to the dress

We visited the Newcastle store today. Thank you so much Angie for her help today. What a lovely woman she is. She helped me pick out the most beautiful dress ever!! Can't wait to come back to try it on again. 😍

Dresses and service were nice, really disappointing that I was not allowed to take a picture of me in the dresses due to “copyright” I see brides all the time posting photos of their dresses they tried on, asking for opinions. Safe to say I cannot look back and say yes that’s my dress let’s order it because I would be ordering an £1100 dress that I can’t particularly remember fully what I look like. I will be shopping elsewhere where they do allow you to take photos and consider your decision.
