Alex came and assessed our vehicle today. He was on time, polite and considerate. We were a lot more money than was quoted by the office team but he gave clear justifications for the reduction, showing evidence. He and his colleague were pleasant to deal with and would recommend

Jake made the whole process incredibly smooth, he was super professional and friendly. He didn't mess around—he handled the inspection and paperwork efficiently so I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was a pleasure dealing with him. If you need your van gone without the headache, these are the guys to go to!

An easy smooth transaction with Kevin…

An easy smooth transaction with Kevin today who was friendly, fair with his assessment and understanding when there were a few hurdles. He stayed later than planned to make sure the deal got done and made sure I was paid promptly. Really pleased, thank you
