After almost a year of using Webtec’s services, my experience has been very disappointing.
The website is still not functioning properly, and what was presented and promised during the initial meetings has not been delivered.
Throughout the year, I have encountered ongoing technical issues on a regular basis, many of which I had to identify myself. These recurring problems have significantly affected my business operations and created unnecessary disruption.
That said, it is fair to mention that the team has always responded and tried to fix the issues when they were raised.
However, after having invested a significant amount of money, I did not expect to face so many persistent problems over such a long period of time.
Overall, the service has not met the expectations set at the beginning of the project.
