Scam. Had my website set up and over the years that I needed to pay additional money to upgrade the website for various reasons, including GDPR reasons.

When I refused to make the payment and accused them of being scammers they became sarcastic and then told me they would take my website and emails down. They will do shortly I am sure.

Dont give them a penny. I have learnt the hard way.

‼️ STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I got my website designed from them, after so many attempts to get it right - they failed to delivery. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES. I RECENTLY REQUESTED MY HOST TO BE CHANGED OVER TO MY NEW SUPPLIER - I WAS ASKED TO PAY £500.

Disaster from start to finish (although not even finished as still have more than half the contract to complete). Not answering calls, emails or live chat. Avoid at all costs. Basically built the website myself with the amount of information i had to provide. It was like teaching a child how to use a computer for the first time

I never thought I ever write a bad review but unfortunately I have no choice and would like to help other genuine people not to experience the same. I had a terrible experience with Websitemotix. I highly recommend to choose an other website designer company. After 3 months my website is still not ready. The reason I choose them because I was fooled by the sales person who said they have worked on several amazing websites, well mine looks like a child was playing with it. I did ask their full support from the beginning as it meant to be my first website but all they have done is using some templates with foreign writing. I just had enough and all I want is my money back. I sent them an email to ask for a refund no reply what so ever, live chat no luck, phoned them Very disappointed.

I contacted the company and paid for a website design. I then got debited twice 200 pounds, a few months later (no reason for this as website not done and no contact was made).

I have instructed website motix on the 1st june 2020 to design my e-commerce website pacakage and to do the SEO’s thereafter. I had to pay immediately £600 deposit. A week later I had to pay the balance £609 even though I had no sight of my website. It is today the 11 August 2029 and I’ve had a stream of emails back and forth and a Still a incomplete website. Foreign languages and items left behind of a template that was used in my website. (Like paid
cleaners coming in and leaving their dirt All over the place after they
Said they’ve finished cleaning). Mid July I was asked to pay for the plugins separately. I had to give them my Stripe account login details for them to do this. Still no live website. They have supposedly started the SEO’s in July (no date given) and had not hits. not surprised. Mid July I’m hastily contacted by Steven (sales rep, great guy but not forthcoming) to help him to leave a review for his team so that they get rewarded. I left it because I’m a nice person. Big mistake. A week later My website is Still incomplete!!! I’m constantly having to email them with the same request for months now to remove the items of the template as well as the foreign language displayed. Jasmine sent emails of how to do this and it doesn’t work. Not the best company
Definitely do not recommend. Will start legal action to get a refund and go elsewhere :( wasted so much time. Not great. Fast to take money then do the job fats too! Disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

At the beginning i was a bit skeptic as their prices were too low which made me think if they could really handle it. But i gave a shot and I am very pleased. My website was professionally done. Stephen did a great job. Always available and fixed the issues in real time. Animated video is incredible. Use Motix for a best professional experience.

Started with just a logo design i had never imagined that i will be here today. These guys gave me the ideas which worked very well for me. I had planned to start a non profit organization and a non political party for the worlds people and not just the UK. Stephen Arthur is my star made my website , they helped me writing my first book which is soon going to be published. They are also working hard to get my Wikipedia profile approved. Their marketing strategies are just wonderful. They always have time for you to listen. Entire team is very professional and energetic. Stephen , Jasmine and also Daniel provided me great support through out my project. I highly recommend Motix they are simply the best and Stephen is my Star.
