Been member over 10 years everything was great but changes were made with the OFFERS and everything went south. Hard to get survives and when I get in middle note comes up saying BETTER fit elsewhere and don’t get points. I am surprise when I complete survey or worried when I will be cut off doing survey. Wondering if others out there experience same problem. Thanks

STOP USING "MYPAYMENT VAULT".

So this site was good. Everything fine. Now I have spent over 2 hours trying to spend a $20 visa virtual card. That is more than the $20 in survey time I spent. Not sure if I will continue with this place, don't waste your time people.

I have been a panelist for many years (I forgot how many), and always enjoy their surveys. The topics are generally relevant and the opinions that I may have are hopefully helpful for the client. The customer service is very good and most helpful if a problem arises. Rewards are delivered very quickly.

Web Perspectives is a great site. The surveys are easy and the payout is easy to do. A few times now I have completed surveys and right at the end been told that I didn't qualify. The web perspectives team checks into it and I end up getting paid. Great support!

At first when I joined survey when I got survey 100%of time I completed. Know things have changed since you added the offers. Know when I get survey a note comes up stating I have the qualifications. Then I’d proceed then all of sudden survey stops and it stats I am qualified elsewhere. This never happen before but happening a lot lately. I receive 5 points for starting so I have to submit a claim to get more. Mores since mi spent time on the survey. Some agents understand and add points were others do not. If you check my survey profile you will see this problem thanks I have to submit a date below to proceed but if you hekyou will see problems

Decent site for surveys that is credible and will pay you for what you do. Pay is a little too low, but on par with many other companies in the survey sector.

Excellent survey website, though you must provide your ID with photo to verify your account to get your incentive rewards paid. I have been using Web Perspectives for many years, no major issues so far. I would fully recommend it because you can get rewards paid, and having fun with all kinds of surveys.

I've been using this site for over a year and believe me with the cost of living this site has become my go to for my Christmas fund. Easy to use. Easy to get your rewards. Highly recommend!

Been using this site for quite awhile. Nothing great and a slow site to load. Never had a problem until this week. Tried to log in to claim a reward I was due. Site wouldn't let me in. They had locked me out, no email or warning. I contacted them and they told me I was locked out, like I didn't know that, but would not give me a reason. Oh, and forget about your reward.
I us about a dozen different sites and have never had a problem like this.

I have been doing surveys for web perspectives for awhile now and it is fun, educating, easy to understand, and most of all the rewards are real and great. I would definitely refer this site to all to try.

they ask for a verification with ID & selfie.. I did exactly what they needed but when I try to login they now claim my password is no good and when I try to get a code to change it I get no answer ...Lots of pain for very small gain. Lots of more user friendly survey sites!!

webperspectives appears to be dishonest. I did more than a few surveys with them and every time I try to get paid, or even do anything on their website, I am required to go through their veriff photo ID system. This is not your typical "upload your documents here" system that is quick and convenient on so many websites out there. Why would I do that for a survey site? webperspectives.ca uses a system called veriff to verify your identity in real time. veriff needs access to your camera and microphone for it to take a selfie of you and your photo ID, in real time. You cannot simply take a picture of yourself or your photo ID and submit that, you have to somehow let veriff use your camera and microphone. I tried it, and every time I did it failed. webperspectives.ca asks for a lot more personal information than your typical survey site, and you only get hit with this "verification" process when you are trying to cash out after doing more than a few surveys. Other people commenting here have worse things to say about webperspectives.ca, and you should read these reviews. I find this survey site to be dishonest and recommend everyone avoid doing business with webperspectives.ca. There are better survey sites out there.

I appreciate the opportunity to earn points to redeem for gift cards. The amount of time spent doing surveys is usually not worth the amount on the gift cards redeemed.

Surveys completed with no credits issued, contacted web perspectives as one of these was an hour and a half of my uninterrupted time, hugely wasted. Of course, web perspectives was of no assistance despite proof of survey (screenshots). Don't waste your time with this like I did mine.

They constantly refuse to pay for surveys done on their sites.

This survey becomes deceitful the last 2 months, every time I spent at least 30m to complete a survey, in the end, they say:" you don't quallify for this survey" hence, I spent time & energy on it, what a waste of time, I wait until I redeem all my points, then bye.
