They Overcharged me 96USD for a 24USD invoice! And won't restore my account!
They kept presenting me Paypal payment authorizations in and after 2021, to the point where they collected the same invoice twice in 2022, and then in 2023 they charged me this year's invoice (even though I had credit from the previous year) not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!
In all, they charged me 3 times too much up to now!!
Fortunately, I was able to recover those 3 payments from this year thanks to PayPal's great service and cooperation!
As to WebHostingWorld, they acknowledged my credit and suggested that I kept it to pay for future years! But when Paypal refunded me my 3 payments, WebHostingWorld SUSPENDED my account, and up to this day they never bothered to reply any of my tickets!
A lousy company. Stay away from them!
P.S. - I have full proof of what I'm stating here, both from their website, and from PayPal.

Take care of your payments, having business with WHW!
When I paid for hosting service, WHW charged again the same ammount from my PayPal account.
When I asked them kindly to refund one payment, WHW denied to do that, offering me to use this ammount as payment for next year hosting. When I open Paypal argue case, WHW disactivate my site ( hosting was paid) and wrote me, that I must close Paypal case and then my site will be active again!
I was WHW client for one year and it is enough!

I dont see the live charts anymore and tickets take long

The tickets take longer to be worked on
they are closed so quickly and to have my issues addressed i have to open a new ticket the old ticket seems un-attended to
Once it is closed, one has the option of re-opening it by clicking reply but this does not trigger a notification to the ticket readers (in my view)
I only see some quick responses if i open a new ticket
