I am writing this again as they fixed all my issues and resolved my queries.
Hope the will continue to do the same work in future

I commissioned Hitesh and Web Consulting , to build my website. At first things went well. Then there were changes like our 50%, 25%, and 25% on delivery changed to 50%, 30%, 20% on delivery as the invoices rolled in. Which he corrected when I brought it to his attention. Then there were unexpected bills with no receipts provided even on request. He would not return a signed contract to me, upon request. We had agreed to integrate software up front I was promised, Web Consulting would see the project through, when there were delays, he wrote me saying that I needed to pay more for them to continue working on the project. They had't delivered on the contract, I received nothing in return for my 8K, no website nothing!. I have a court case against them pending. I deeply regret engaging Web consulting for my website.

Reply: This is the sort of gaslighting that they have engaged in. Note there is no dispute of the facts i have raised in the review, only slanderous comments.

Contract: (from Contract)
• 50% non-refundable advance deposit towards web-design and development on agreement
• 25% on production of development website
• 25% on training and handover of website (Never Happened)
i paid the first 75%, then I received this Ransom Email: email Hitesh Quote:

"At this stage, regrettably, unless we see a retainer with a minimum of Euro 1000 + VAT against all tasks going forwardon our agreed hourly rate, we will not be able to do any meetings or changes."

Soon after this I was sent a Final Notice Email (22 Nov 2022) with the final 25% said to be overdue and the Invoice backdate 5 months (06/05/2022). To try to make it look like it was overdue, when the contract clearly says payment on handover, which never occurred. i received Nothing from Web Consulting in the end. Not even the website that they had developed, which excluded many aspects agreed in the contract.
Lets see if we can get a factual response that we can use in court.

Amazing customer service built our website in a short space of time, nothing was too much, no matter how many questions we asked. This is our first time setting up a website and the dedication, hard work that Hitesh put in was amazing as we didnt have a clue what we were doing. We are delighted with our end result. Excellent website built in a 14 day period. Blown away by the help and advice that Hitesh offered. Fixed issues within minutes and the communication back and forth was seamless. I have no problem in recommending Web Consulting Agency to their future clients. My first engagement with Hitesh was a phone call in response to an email I had sent. Straightaway, he recommended a different and better way of achieving our aims with the website. This involved extensive customisations to Lifter LMS and there was no problem that Hitesh and his team could not overcome. I have no doubt that we will be in touch with Web Consulting Agency for more work in the future.
