Unwilling helpdesk. Couldn't make backups and the helpdesk didn't want to help.
So I've asked a professional. They had a simple question: where is the database x located?
Web10 didn't want to tell me.
Finally my website was hacked and closed because of sending spam.
Because there was no backup I had to start all over. Of course not at Web10. Happy to leave :-)
HOPELESS! NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. I will have my lawyer contact the company on Monday.
Web10.dk turned off my website & mail address 7 days ago although my domain & hosting has been paid in time 15 days ago.
It is still not working, despite several support requests through their website admin.

"Hold dig væk fra web10" I should say.
Very slow and rather unprofessional support (you need to constantly remind them, that there's an open ticket). Massive server problems - database box(es) clearly overloaded, same for UNIX web hotels (PHP boxes giving random 500 errors). They advertise Wordpress as one of supported platforms, but as I can see it simply can't run reliably on their servers.
