Shambles of a company.
Ordered my blinds. Was informed 2 weeks later they were dispatched. After 3 weeks I called to ask where they were. I was told the material is out of stock and I will have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Now I have had to cancel my blinds for a refund. I asked why I had emails and the account online said dispatched but they only apologised with no explanation. Absolute joke of a company. This is the second and last time I ever use them. My first order around a year ago they sent the blinds missing many parts which I had to wait again for, for some windows they only sent rails and no material. I only ordered again to match the rest of the house. They have refunded me now and they don’t really care about how I feel I am just another number to them. The blinds I have from them have developed white bleach spots from just one summer. Poor quality
