Thank you guys for the service you provided yesterday friendly staff excellent quality windows definitely use again and tell my family and friends.

Brilliant company. Called them out for my parents house. Ordered a new door with valuable input from the sales man taking about couple styles etc. Very professionally dealt and never let’s us down with price.

House refitted acoustic windows and new doors. Look great performance is disgraceful, one doesn’t open correctly, cold air coming through others, you contact them they ignore you, email, calls all ignored all u want is a good job and you get cowboys

If I could leave no star review. I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. Ordered 3 new windows with triple glazing as advised by sales person in order to reduce outside noise.
The fitter had absolutely no customer service skills and was so rude I almost sent them away and cancelled my order altogether.
Post fitting, the new windows have made no difference to the level of outside noise and Weather guard are completely uninterested in any further communication. Once they have your money, that it from them.
They do not return calls, respond to letters of complaint, and will not even come back out to investigate unless you pay them more money.
Spend your money elsewhere as this company are a joke.

Good company and the composite doors we ordered from Weather Guard windows are very solid and really top quality!

We ordered a set of French doors and new cottage style front door from Weather Guard Windows. The doors are really great quality and I can’t knock the finish of the doors. We have had a lot of compliments from our neighbours since we had the new doors fitted and it’s really improved the curb appeal of our home.

My only gripes with our experience was firstly the sales pitch was a little bit too pushy.
We knew we wanted doors but the sales person was quite persistent that we should also get brand new windows (which was out of our budget).
I feel this could just be toned down a little bit and sale person just needs to read the customers mood a little bit better.
Lastly, the fitters where really nice guys and friendly, but they forgot to fill the holes for the wedges and new fittings for underneath the new French doors this caused some moisture issues but was quickly and easily solved with some expanding foam and a little sealant.

However the doors really are beautiful and we are very happy with our experience and purchase from Weather Guard Windows.

Well where do I start. The salesman was overly aggressive and quite frankly obnoxious............I should have turfed him immediately. However, I persisted and was grateful that he did point out the issues with another company I had quote for me and the issues were quite hair-raising so I am grateful for that fact I didnt go with them. So we agreed on a price and to be honest the installation went well and I have no complaints on that front. The lads came and did the job very well. A broken window on installation was replaced at my convenience so I cannot fault them on this.
My issue is with the Certass certificate. How many times do I have to ring up for this??? 8 and counting. 3 months!
They have done the hard bit..........Surely registering my new windows and doors is the easy bit. So my advice to you is get the Certass certificate BEFORE you make the payment. I know people hate admin but this is a vital document and should be a priority.

UPDATE - I have now had my Certass certificate sent to me and I have to thank Hugo for this. He stepped up and delivered on his promise to get it sorted out for me. Take a bow young man. You are a credit to the company. So I do recommend this company. Just get the admin sorted out - otherwise it will have been 5 stars :)

Great happy with my windows & doors even got my blinds from them and happy with it all.. office person Hugo was amazing & always said he didn’t want the job is be completed until we had a smile on our face & he certainly did that so polite & friendly but also the fitters was great full off laughter but made sure the job was completed. Happy I went with this team. From the office to the fitters was fanastic thank you

Recently had installed three large windows and a front door. Gavin and Mathew the two installers arrived promptly on the agreed day, and were thoroughly professional from start to finish.I have had a good look at the finished work and could not be more pleased.I would have no problem in recommending this company’s product and workmanship.

They have just finished installing my new front door. What a change it has made. Thanks Faz for recommending the colour and style. It complements the rest of the house very well.

Shocking from start to finish excuses after excuses finally turn up after 4 months chasing them and been told the job will be 1st class.
Well smashed the stonework around my main window trying to say it was not them,stones held in with expanded foam and shims they use to fit the windows shocking
Took them to court they did not even turn up says all you need to know please please please avoid this company they are a total joke

Had new patio doors fitted to my apartment.very efficient and polite service and doors supplied and fitted slightly ahead of time which was very much appreciated. Happy to recommend Weatherguard based on my experience.

We had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted. Really tidy job, very competitive price wise. I would recommend weather guard no problem. The after care is also very good, I received a call a few weeks after the job ensuring all was ok and that I was still happy with there work.

Had a window and door fitted today. Sales guy was nice and chatty and not too pushy. Office team were always helpful and polite when I spoke to them. The fitters were a fantastic set of lads, they did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards.

I am happy with the windows there were a few hiccups along the way but in the end all is fine thankyou

We have had a wonderful experience with this company from the initial quote all the way upto fitting. Fantastic service would highly recommend
