i had a problem and they solved it the same day and even made sure I couldn’t make the same mistake twice. Exactly this is why I chose BLOX. Yes there are brokers out there that might be cheaper. But the support from BLOX is worth every single penny!

Worked fine for me
The app is fairly easy to use and buy/sell all kinds of cryptocurrency. When I had problems verifying identity/bank account, the customer service offered great help with quick replies.

Never buy crypto with Blox
You should never buy crypto with Blox. It’s not a real crypto exchange. You don’t even have a real blockchain wallet. And when you’re making profit or buy the dip of a low valuated coin they suddenly stop following the coin because of the so called high risk. The commission should monitor them for unfair transactions and trade.
