I can thoroughly recommend We Do Doors. The product i purchased was a composite door and frame, supply only for me to install myself. The door was delivered in perfect condition, well packaged and protected. i found it to be a good quality product, and it was delivered, well within the timescale that i was given.
I had a few calls from Craig who was very helpful and took my order and double checked my door info that i had supplied. Craig also kept me in the loop with production times,progress and a delivery date. Greg the delivery driver messaged me the evening before delivery day to give me a time slot which he delivered. i have now installed the door it looks great and i am really pleased. Thank you Craig and the team. Excellent Job done!

From first call of contact to the fitter Paul , fitting today , the experience has been a pleasure. Regular updates on door manufacturing, then inspection, transportation down to local tradesman and the door transformed the look of my home. Excellent servicev

Had two doors fitted by Christopher Wallace last April and am so pleased with them . The rubber at the bottom of the back door came loose and I emailed we-do-doors to explain. I received an email the very next day to say they’d contact Christopher and he called me the next day and came out and fixed it . First class service from both Ryan and Christopher . .. thank you

Great service, ordered the door online and got a call from Craig the next day to go over all the details to make sure everything was correct. Door arrived quickly roughly 5 weeks and was well protected. Got a follow up curtesy call from Craig a few weeks later asking if everything was ok and he helped me out with an issue with handle. Overall cant fault the service and the door was good quality and competitively priced, and Craig was excellent to deal with, I would definitely use we-do-doors again.

Company responded straight away when I informed them that there was a fault with the barrel in a recently installed lock. New barrel and keys were supplied and fitted. Communication excellent. Fault sorted in good time.

I wanted a new UPCV doot for the rear of my garden and after doing some reaserch I decided to contact We Do Doors, I spoke to Craig for some advice and a price. Craig was very professional and polite and guided me through the process, My new door was made and deliverd within 4 weeks and I'm very impressed with the quality, I also had a phone call from Craig to make sure that I was happy with .y new door, I would definitely use We Do Doors again and would highly recommend them to other's.

We Do Doors has an excellent website with wide selection of doors, handles, locks etc. I placed an order with very helpful Sales Advisor, who took me through the whole process from the order to fitting of the door. The Project Coordinator kept me informed throughout. The fitter was extremely efficient and made a very neat job of fitting the door, which is of high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used this company now on numerous occasions. They have always been professional and helpful from the outset. They guarantee their work and attend to adjust any issues. Their fitter Rafal is without a doubt the best most precise joiner I have seen. His attention to detail and finish product is exceptional.

This is how all companies should carry out their customer service and care. Their doors are of a very high standard and delivery was promt.

I was impressed how the team went over the details of my order both over the phone, and via email, to ensure every was correct. They keep me well informed of progress, and date of delivery to the door fitter. The fitting was done very well and we are really delighted with the quality of the door.

Easy to look at doors on the website and to choose on a rainy Sunday night. Monday booked survey and a few weeks later fitted and the door looks Fantastic. Fitter was great, clean tidy and nice with it too. All around 10 out of 10 !

Never used WE Do Doors before so was a new experience for us. We came across them searching the web for a door supplier and installer and we was not disappointed. After choosing the door online, we were contacted by them to arrange a time to meet their surveyor (Liam) who came and measured up. I was impressed by the fact they sent me another email just to confirm my exact choices (in case you make a mistake). The surveyor is the same person who fits the door so no worries there. When the door arrived and was fitted I was totally impressed by the workmanship, the door is perfect and has made a huge difference to the appearance of the property. Liam was always keeping the area clear where he was working and no mess at all was left as he took all the rubbish away. I don't often do more than a couple of lines for a review, but I felt this one has to be mentioned. I was so impressed with the job that I am now in the process of ordering another door for the opposite entrance. Thank you Liam and We do Doors.
