Onterechte inhouding van €6 en onprofessionele communicatie

Ik heb bij W&D Computers een bestelling geplaatst die ze zelf hebben geannuleerd zonder verzending. In dat geval moet volgens consumentenrecht het volledige bedrag worden terugbetaald.

Toch heeft W&D Computers €6 ingehouden als “administratiekosten”, terwijl er geen verzendkosten waren om te verrekenen. Dit is zowel volgens de wet als volgens hun eigen voorwaarden niet toegestaan.

Toen ik vroeg om correcte terugbetaling, kreeg ik meerdere onprofessionele reacties en zelfs dreiging dat ze extra kosten zouden aanrekenen vanwege “mailverkeer”.

Tot op heden weigert het bedrijf de €6 terug te betalen.

Dit is mijn ervaring — ik raad toekomstige klanten aan om voorzichtig te zijn en reviews goed te lezen.
