Absolutely disgusting service. Don't transfer your money until there ready. don't recommend.

Definitely a 1 star from me.
I’ve been waiting for a call from credit union all day.
I’ve spoke Antoinette now numerous occasions.
Firstly I spoke to her about my loan which she said she would ring me within 30 mins with a decision if she was gonna give me a loan, which then took about 3/4 hours. Then she said she couldn’t give it as I have somethings on my credit file (so they clearly can make an decision) then I asked if they could delay at-least an month payment as it’s coming to Christmas she said then she has forwarded it to the relevant team and would ring me after 11. Still awaiting for this call. Also to add I did ask her to transfer money from my mandatory to my regular shares and she still hasn’t done it.
Then to top it off I did explain my loan is automatically taken from My child benefit and I have never missed a payment,and still declined me
Ps there is not any financial support here

Staff are very professional and polite good customer service and freindly, they were happy to assist me even when I was anxious and called a few times

Called WCCU and spoke with Paula who was very helpful on the phone with setting up my external bank transfer for the first time. All was able to be resolved within 10 minutes. Thank you Paula for all your help today.

The customer service at WCCU is exceptional and if I could give a rating more than 5 stars I would happily do so.
Antionette in particular listened and understood my situation when I was considering a loan and this was swiftly approved.
Without the help and financial aid I received I wouldnt of been able to purchase my own home. Everything is possible and I appreciate all the hard work and support I have received from the team.

For those reading this please consider swapping from a high street bank to a credit union and be reassured the relationship and service will be outstanding. Working with your local community and seeing the benefits and outcomes is why I will always choose WCCU.

Such a fabulous idea to help parents with uniform costs! I saved and Credit Union Wolverhampton matched what I saved. Whole process was so quick and easy to set up. This will help to save in the future too as my 2 boys now have an account each to put money into.

I have been with credit union Wolverhampton for over 7 years. They are like family to me. They are kind careing and will help you has much has possible. And will try a solution to a problem to there best of there ability. I thank all the team debs a really nice lady and a really nice man jevonte helped me today please be kind and nice to the staff and they will do there best to help you

Antoinette was a true angel, she helped me sort out a loan that made a massive difference to my family and ensured it was at the lowest rate possible. I would highly recommend the Wolverhampton credit union as they are fabulous and so empathetic and fair with their lending.

I love everyone at credit union like family and that's how they have always treated me and my family. They are always there for us no matter what and go above and beyond in our time of need. I miss seeing them and hoping soon to visit and take their gift to them as we truly cant thank you all enough. We feel so very lucky to have credit union and anyone else will too as they do fantastic loans, amazing rates and help you save too, you just cant go wrong with WCCU. They will always be there to support you and show nothing bur love, kindness and understanding. I will always highly recommend WCCU to anyone, they are all absolutely amazing and i miss them all dearly, Toni.

The service offered by these people is simply ridiculous,I advise everyone not to keep getting loans from this place as you going to be stuck with them for the rest of your life,what's the point.Phone line doesn't get answered or they pick and choose when to answer which is just a mere joke.Might as well have phone line disconnected as you don't need it for customers

Company deserves no stars needs closing down or all the staff need sacking. Deb is the rudest person I have come across at this company they have signs in there office stating no verbal abuse or shouting will be tolerated to staff but it's okay for there staff to be rude to you. The new manager antionette is crap she ain't got a clue and needs to be trained properly what a manager is. Place needs shutting down. Used to help people but something has changed denying customers loans for stupid reasons especially when. People have never missed a payment. Company is a scam!!!!!

Poor service, nothing explained nothing to gain by joining.
