Ok, good company

Ok, you asked. I hold this company in high esteem always a pleasure to do business. However, in my last order the figures and equipment were rattling about loose in the cardboard package . The blister pack that should have contained them was also in there. Bit of an oversight, hence 4 out of 5.

A good overall experience

I was able to place on the website without too much trouble. After putting an item into the shopping bag it wasn’t clear how to get back to adding a few additional items. Not a major problem if you are IT savvy but my wife would have failed. A good experience over all, and speedy delivery.
