Broken refund promise, overpriced and outdated – very disappointing stay
We stayed at this hotel July 31 – August 2, 2025, booked via Booking.com. The listing promised a balcony, but ours faced a loud ventilation system that made it impossible to use. There was no furniture on the balcony, the kitchen had very limited utensils, and the rooms and carpet were extremely outdated. For the high price, the quality was nowhere near acceptable.
When I raised these issues, the female manager admitted the problems, confirmed there were no alternative rooms available, and explicitly promised a refund for two nights. Despite multiple attempts by both myself and Booking.com to contact the hotel, they have never responded or returned the money.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you value honesty, professionalism, and getting what you pay for, I cannot recommend staying here.
