Easy to amend everything yourself, fast.
A proactive and lovely team of people that will make amendments on your behalf, fast.
A no nonsense approach, we have always found them to be honest about our properties.
No attempting to tie you in to silly contracts with empty promises and a lack of accountability.
Fair commission!

If you have a waterside property to market, I guarantee you that this lovely lot will look after both you, and your guests.

Booked a short stay a few times thru this website, all the staff is very helpful and try to help with any queries I had.
No problems with the bookings/payment and refund of the deposit.
Wide selection of stunning cottages to stay in.

The actual website could be improved and modernized a bit for easier search and the overall experience.

Lovely cottage right on the river. Bed was a bit firm but everything else was very good. Shops nice and close.

When they said they would ring us back to help with our booking, Charlotte was so helpful and we got what we wanted.********************************
